Bad service. Called like a dozen times on separate days, nobody picks up the store phone.

I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Angie and Nicole during my recent visit. Their expertise and assistance made trying out the Made-In-Japan 511 Jeans and the Longhorn shirt smooth and enjoyable. The jeans' craftsmanship is fabulous, and the Kaihara Denim Mills denim is fantastic and worth the price. Nicole's frank opinions and guidance were instrumental in helping me choose the most comfortable size, and I greatly appreciated her honesty and consultancy. Both Angie and Nicole demonstrated outstanding service, significantly enhancing my shopping experience. Thank you for making my visit delightful.

The Levi’s sales assistants at the ion outlet are really amazing at their job. They’re more than helpful and work with the customer’s interest in mind (I think). A breath of fresh air especially in the Singapore retail space where apathy and bare-minimum is the norm. I hope you guys get the promotions/incentives/raises that you deserve!

Had a good experience at Levi’s ION ! The staff here are friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. The fitting rooms are beautifully designed, adding a touch of luxury to trying on clothes. The customization bar is a standout feature, such a cool way to personalize denim & the staff at the bar were knowledgeable and accommodating, making the process fun and easy. Highly recommend this store for both great service and unique customization options. 👍

I don’t usually write reviews, but I want to compliment Sya from Levi’s ION for her excellent service. When I went back to fix an embroidery issue, another staff Chinese girl was rude and unhelpful, even criticizing Sya. But Sya assisted me kindly and professionally without any fuss. She truly deserves recognition for her great customer service.

Bought 3 items from this outlet and will like to compliment Angie for her wonderful services throughout the visit.. she made you feel at ease while trying out, giving you good advice on your purchase. A good staff really enhance the whole company image. Keep up the good work and will be back for the next purchase for sure.

Shame of Levi Orchard. Selling jeans with high prices and still charge for paperbags can’t even give one paper bag when customer bought jeans. Will not patronize this store here compared to the service much better getting from pop stall at Paragon Metro departmental store

2 male staff were on duty that day and wasn’t exactly please with the Chinese bespectacled guy. He asked if I need help but I said I’ll just browse around first but be kept following very close wherever I walked and this really makes me feels uncomfortable. And then be asked again if I need help. This just made me walked out of the store even tho I wanted to get something .
