The product is okay but the service was terrible. The staff who served me was condescending. I would definitely not come back to this branch.

i was helped today by Lorraine (hope i got her name spelt correctly!) - i came in with the intention to get 1 hand cream and thats it but her service, her demeanour and her cheerful sincere attitude made me buy 5 items that i dont need! Tip top service that you hardly get these days in Singapore and i really enjoyed my time there. Amidst the chaos yesterday at the store filled with invited influencers , she was calm and collected and that compensated my shopping experience.
