⭐☆☆☆☆ Came for shoes, stayed for the attitude. Staff (skinny guy in cap - appeared in a few negative reviews) at Hoka ION were so pushy I thought I was being recruited, not shopping. Asked a question, got eye rolls and condescension. Ended up buying from New Balance—at least they let me finish a sentence. Asics too—friendly, helpful, no drama. Hoka shoes might be comfy, but the service here? Painful.

Was assisted by Yan who was both approachable and knowledgeable. He advised accordingly which shoe was best for my intended use. Initially didn’t have my size for the Mach 6 at the store but he extended his service beyond his scope and arranged for the shoe to be reserved for me in the Raffles City Outlet and made sure that I got the right size. Excellent customer experience from start to end.

Dropped in this location last night with my wife. We were trying to determine if they had her size which needed to be B width, standard width. The sales associate we were speaking on this was very rushed and was speaking very fast as well, it was hard to understand him as a result, at one point as my wife was trying to clarify this he said in a frustrated tone with his arms out something "dont have lah"...my wife felt really upset after that, I tried to clarify this with the associate and asked him to slow down when he was speaking, we finally got our answer, they had no shoes in that side/width. I realize people are stressed and busy in these jobs but these kind of experiences can forever change a customers opinion of a store and a brand too.

I visited the newly opened HOKA store with thoughts to get a pair of running shoes after doing my research online. The staff who attended to me (Tony) was very hospitable and knowledgeable with the products and recommended me the series that suits my running lifestyle. Even though I left the store empty-handed, I sure left the store with more knowledge and tips than before. I hope they expand their colour selections so that I can return soon!! Had a torn ligament and desperately needed to get a pair of shoes from Hoka. The model that I originally wanted was not available in my size and color. Afiq attended to me patiently and explained on the various models suitable for me as I needed a wider toe box. Eventually, I bought a pair of Clifton in my favorite color and correct size. Thumbs up to Afiq, I really appreciate his service and kindness. Will be back for more shoes.

I was attended by Tristan on my 1st visit to Hoka store. He let me try difference sizes of bondi 9 & transport per his recommendation, also make sure i get the right size which was not available. I really appreciate his patience, not pushy for sales, knowledgeable & sincere. I bought both pairs in my next visit. Wish Hoka has more of him in other outlets which my experiences were different. I would recommend Hoka Ion Orchard.
