I went to ION Pandora for an engraving, and Crystal was really helpful. She was very informative and patient, even as my partner and I took some time to decide on the design. Plus, her jovial attitude made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable.

Good service experiene at store! The products are so nice and fashionable too! At first I don't intend buy anything, but the staffs were very friendly, consult me the suitable and trending stuff I really like it, and like the way them take care the customers. Had a bad experience here. Firstly, the staff were unfriendly and snobbish. Did not even bother to greet me and my mother when we entered the shop. They did not stop the conversations they had among themselves. When me and my mom were browsing through the shop, no one bothered to come and assist us at all. Tell me what is the point of having the staff standing there for then? They are better off hiring mannequins. Only one of the three staff came to gave us the store catalogue after a while. When my mom and I was paying at the counter, some other customers came in, whom the two other very free staff immediately greeted. After which I also noticed the two staff were very busy assisting the other customers, continuously providing suggestions for rings. Why is there a difference in treatment towards customers? Please visit Tiffany & Co. instead which has an outlet in ION as well. Customer Service there is way more superior than Pandora's. Felt so much more welcome there. Go to Pandora only if you want to feel inferior to other people and be judged based on how you wear. Only saving grace of Pandora is probably the cheaper prices as compared to Tiffany & Co.
