Had a wonderful experience at Omega ION. Big thanks to Gary for making my first Omega watch purchase truly memorable. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain all the features while answering every question. His professionalism and warm approach made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend looking for Gary at ION if you’re visiting Omega!

Thank you very much to the store managers for such a great, kind, positive service. I don't remember the manager's name, but she is a wonderful woman. We are grateful to her for buying an Omega Seamaster watch for my husband. We bought a watch and they also gave us many gifts, a pen, a bag, and a voucher for a certain amount in Ion Orhard. This woman manager is a sorceress and took us to the administration and helped us with everything. Thank you very much, we are happy ❤️ This was our first time visiting Singapore and we are happy ❤️

I recently visited Orchard ion Omega boutique to buy a strap for my Omega Speedmaster. I was greeted by Marcus, who was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I was recommended with watches that suite my budget and style. I highly recommend Omega Orchard Ion to anyone looking to purchase an Omega watch.

I entered the Ion boutique store in the morning while the cleaning process was going on. I was the first customer. I was looking at the products , then Gary approached me and I completed the transaction purchasing a 28mm ladies watch from the Constellation line .I had a pleasant experience. Gary updated me on the after sales services and different aspects of the brand as well . Thank you .

Roland is one of the best salesperson I've met in various of watch boutiques around the world, very professional, passionate and considerate for his clients. Would highly recommend this location and Roland to anyone who is interested in getting an omega watch

My mother and I visited the Omega boutique at ION Orchard. Upon entering, there seem no one bother to greet us. We walked towards the counter and Gary T was standing there seemingly busy with the counter device. Even when my mother stood in front of the counter, Gary gave no eye contact at all and not even bother to look at us, as if no one was there until we said "Hi". Then Gary very slowly and refusingly raised his head to look at us, and gave us a very reluctant and fake smile on his face. We asked about a watch, and was told right in the face this is not available, and is only assigned to selected customers. We are aware and have no problem with such practice (owning both Rolex & Omega watches) but not with such snobbish attitude! Well, it is what it is. Then we asked for another model, his impatience started to grow but still he tried suppressing it but as customer you can feel the uneasiness towards us. It was an extremely disappointing experience in visiting the Omega boutique at ION Orchard. In fact we chose ION boutique over Marina Bay boutique, thinking it would be less crowded and more pleasant. How wrong were we!!! A disapppointed Omega watch owner/customer, Amelia

Gary was incredible and he has been proactive and transparent with me since the beginning. This is my second watch here and the customer service I've got is always 5*.

Upon entering the store, I had the pleasure of meeting Roland, the sole salesperson on duty. Despite being engaged with another customer initially, when Roland turned his attention to me, he offered his undivided focus and assistance, just like he provided to the prior patron. Throughout both my purchase and collection visits, Roland demonstrated exceptional patience in guiding me and educating me through various watch options. His attentive listening and attention to detail were evident, when he recommend some pieces to me making the experience both enjoyable and informative. I look forward to returning to explore new offerings from OMEGA, and of course, complete with Roland's guidance. =)

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Boutique Manager Marcus and his team. During my visits to the boutique, I had the pleasure of being served by Marcus, Joanne, Roland, and Angie on separate occasions. Each of them was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to guide me through various Omega watch models and recommend options that perfectly suited my needs and lifestyle. Marcus’s passion for the Omega brand was truly inspiring, and it further solidified my confidence in the company. Unlike other boutiques, the experience at the Omega Ion boutique was never about sales pressure; it was about genuine enthusiasm for watches. After two hours of insightful discussions, I left with an Omega timepieces that I am thrilled with. I highly recommend this boutique to anyone seeking an exceptional and immersive “Omega Experience.”
