experience at Loewe ION ORCHARD was NEVER GOOD. first time early this year, had to queue outside for QUITE A WHILE, while 2 staff were busy chatting over the counter. had to WAIT for their attention to be given to us. whatever. what made me write this review was when i returned to Loewe in August, wanting to try a puzzle bag for myself. attended to quite fast because shop was empty. girl staff serving me was around 1.6m, middle hair, chinese, no glasses. very unprofessional. asked about the puzzle bag leather, colour and size. girl staff talked to me in a condescending manner like i was supposed to know what i’m looking for. nevermind. when my friend gave me opinions that dissuaded me from purchasing the bag, staff showed black face and seemed quite irritated. IS IT A MUST FOR ME TO PURCHASE? How unprofessional!!!!! Not once, but TWICE the staff wanted to help me “PACK A NEW ONE” and proceed with the purchase. I in the store for barely 7 minutes and you already forcing me to make a purchase? After showing attitude with your BLACK FACE? Rude! And No thanks! Wanted to buy a Loewe bag for its quality and craftsmanship. But with such service and attitude? Forget it. U can profit off others, not me. Loewe, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY. My visits to loewe overseas were EXCEPTIONAL. What happened to the Singapore Ion store??????
