Reading the other reviews here made me feel like I got off easy. The service is brisk, reminiscent of a high street store, and when asked about a certain item I was told only the VICs will be informed about its release in Singapore. Having just come back from Europe where I purchased that item readily available in that store, I’m under the impression that Loewe Singapore is simply not assigned enough units due to a lack of demand and the SAs are now spinning it into “only VICs can be informed about it”. I’ve also requested to be informed when certain items come into stock but have never received an update once from my SA. I had better luck purchasing online or overseas every time. Definitely get your Loewe fix in another country.
