Really horrible experience this time! 0 STAR! The previous dry clean was fine, but this time suddenly the brand tag on my garments become orange stained!!! I'm extremely dissapointed this time and my garments are also precious to me yet it's expensive! I won't be using their service anymore in the future and won't trust Presto drycleaners anymore!

I gave a perfectly fine relatively new pair of expensive trousers for dry cleaning. One week later I received a message from them saying that the trousers were damaged by their staff and they would rectify. Look how they rectified and expected me to accept and wear the pants with the patch on the butt !!! When I complained, they offered to waive the cleaning fee for the pants that I didn't even pick up and "apologized for the inconvenience". HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.

They used to be very good. But due to recent price hike, no longer worth going to this shop. No point talking to customer support. Better to go other laundry shops. The negative reviews were a concerned for customers sending luxury items to the shop.

Presto is the worst dry cleaner. If you are planning to send in jackets and trench coats, please don't. They are extremely unprofessional. Hot iron over a black blazer resulting in burnt shiny marks, and hot iron over the flap of the trench coat (with the button beneath) causing yet another burnt shiny mark. When a complaint was raised with Presto, this is the response - "we are unable to process shiny marks as a claim for compensation as it is a common problem for jackets". Great response - send in laundry at your own risk, because they will not take responsibility for damage.

I had a wonderful experience using Presto for my down coat. Although this was supposed to be a temporary arrangement, I am so pleased with the service provided that I’ll be returning in the future. The staff have left me with peace of mind with their handling of my relatively expensive garment and I’m sincerely grateful. They’re also professional and highly personable in when providing face to face service. I’d also like to commend their honesty since I forgot to take my AirPods Pro’s out of my coat pocket! I contacted them the very next day via WhatsApp and phone and they were very swift finding a resolution. If you’re looking for a highly competent, professional and courteous outlet for your cleaning services, you’ll be well looked after by Presto.

I took my work dresses that were extremely crinkled as I had accidentally put them in the dryer for way too long. They were able to restore to original condition and the staff were extremely lovely. Very pleased with the service and the result. Thank you!

So far great experience. They have shops at quite a few convenient locals in town areas. Good job with dry cleaning. They also offer free collection and delivery for jobs above $50. Minor suggestion is for Presto to explicitly arrange for the delivery date and time instead of just assuming exactly 1 week later at the same time is ok.

She provides a personalized service that makes all the difference. Jolene even takes the time to advise on whether certain laundry items should be hung or folded, which I really appreciate. The clothes are always cleaned to perfection, and the overall experience is smooth and professional. Highly recommended!
