very rude staff who look down on me just because i’m a student? this is unacceptable in such a high end makeup brand stall. work on your customer service before selling any products

Rude female staff. Ask just a simple qn and get brushed off with a rude tone. Will not support this prestige brand if their customer service is so terrible. Visited the shop on 20th July after 7pm.

Sales people in this shop cannot be bothered to serve their customer. I was at Dior before visiting Bobbi Brown. Dior's customer service is top notch. The male sales fella has a fk care attitude. When we requested for Foundation color to be tried on, this guy simply drop a color totally unsuitable for my skin tone and left it there, expected me to blend it myself? When we asked if there are smaller size for a particular color is available, he dismissed it before asking what color we were wanting to buy. NO MORE NEXT TIME . FIRST AND LAST. HORRENDOUS ATTITUDE.

Terribly Rude, condescending attitude from a male staff named Benjamin. I was appalled and intimidated by him. I was looking for a lighter shade of eyebrow powder, having been a loyal fan of Bobbi Brown for years. He laughed and jeered at my eye brows. He criticised the shape and the way I applied the eyebrow pencil. He gave me a lecture. I felt demeaned and mocked. Horrendous experience. Sephora's service is outstanding, kind and patient.

Just went here. Unfortunately the retail staff here were rude, making the experience unpleasant. Wanted to get something here but did not end up doing so due to their poor attitude.

Please look for Ann if you want to visit this store! Ann is the most responsible and lovely SA I have ever met. She really thinks about the customers and you never feel pressured or pushing from her. Ann really makes me like this brand even more.
