My family and I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Bvlgari store at Ion Orchard for the first time, and I must say, it was an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with the level of service. Warren’s service was stellar. He was attentive and also incredibly knowledgeable about the product and current trends. He took the time to understand our preferences and guided us through their exquisite collection of watches. We ended up purchasing the new Octo Roma. Looking forward to our next visit!

Came here on mid July to shop for a ring! Was served by this female staff which is really friendly and helpful. Wasn't pushy at all and was very patience towards us. Will update her name again after I go back to the shop in future and hopefully she is still there.

On 2nd may I brought my necklace to Ochard outlet to fix. There’s a staff named Gerry Chow served us. At first, he’s quite ok and friendly. He told us will take around a month to repair the necklace. After a month, there no follow up from him, I texted him about the necklace he said the necklace still in factory. On end of June still no follow up on him. It ended up I’m the one who text again. After that he only tells me that the necklace is ready. Well as a luxury branded, I don't think I kind of services will happens. Is very disappointing. Thank you for the services.

We’re so lucky to have met Janet. She truly cares about recommending the best option, and she has such a great personality to make us feel truly welcomed. We bought a lovely Serpenti ring from Janet for my birthday.. and she kindly took some photos and printed a lovely shot and gifted a birthday card. Janet made us feel super special - much more so than other brands (ahem VCA, Cartier)… you have a fan in us for life and we’ll only return to Janet for our future purchases ❤️

Your GNC staff was checking out beside me at Orchard ION's Jasons Deli's self checkout counter today (19 June, 12.28pm). I selected the wrong payment method and was trying to find Jasons Deli’s staff to assist me when your staff initiated to help me to press cancel on the POS machine. She insisted very fiercely that I tap my credit card without having to reselect the payment method. She said “Just tap your card lah! Don’t need to cancel!” I told her that the current selected card requires a DBS card which I don’t have and asked why did she have to be so fierce. She immediately replied “Next time don’t ever call me to help you. I’m not the staff here.” While I appreciated that she stepped in to help, I am extremely shocked by the way she talked to me given that it was my first encounter with her. Also, during our conversation, I have never asked for her help. She was wearing your GNC uniform, representing your brand. I hope you'll take this opportunity to educate her on better behavior. I did not get to see her name tag. She looks like she’s in her 50s, with short hair and brown highlights. She was wearing a pair of glasses as well. You can trace based on your GNC staff on shift today and who stepped out to Jasons Deli at the stated timing. Given the numerous negative Google reviews at your Watsons ION Orchard outlet, it is clear that the behavior of your staff has been an ongoing problem.
