Your GNC staff was checking out beside me at Orchard ION's Jasons Deli's self checkout counter today (19 June, 12.28pm). I selected the wrong payment method and was trying to find Jasons Deli’s staff to assist me when your staff initiated to help me to press cancel on the POS machine. She insisted very fiercely that I tap my credit card without having to reselect the payment method. She said “Just tap your card lah! Don’t need to cancel!” I told her that the current selected card requires a DBS card which I don’t have and asked why did she have to be so fierce. She immediately replied “Next time don’t ever call me to help you. I’m not the staff here.” While I appreciated that she stepped in to help, I am extremely shocked by the way she talked to me given that it was my first encounter with her. Also, during our conversation, I have never asked for her help. She was wearing your GNC uniform, representing your brand. I hope you'll take this opportunity to educate her on better behavior. I did not get to see her name tag. She looks like she’s in her 50s, with short hair and brown highlights. She was wearing a pair of glasses as well. You can trace based on your GNC staff on shift today and who stepped out to Jasons Deli at the stated timing. Given the numerous negative Google reviews at your Watsons ION Orchard outlet, it is clear that the behavior of your staff has been an ongoing problem.
