Shopping with Julie’s help was such a delight! Loved how effortlessly she explained the differences between the different brands Joocyee, Amuse and Judydoll — she really knows her beauty brands inside out.
Her impeccable service could match Sephora, but without any of the pressure — just honest, thoughtful suggestions that allowed me explore at my own pace. Glad that I picked up a Joocyee lip tint that she recommended! ^^
Did I mention the young malay gal at the cashier was incredibly helpful? Pleasant shopping experience at Ion Watsons, thanks to the lovely retail assts.

Your GNC staff was checking out beside me at Orchard ION's Jasons Deli's self checkout counter today (19 June, 12.28pm). I selected the wrong payment method and was trying to find Jasons Deli’s staff to assist me when your staff initiated to help me to press cancel on the POS machine.
She insisted very fiercely that I tap my credit card without having to reselect the payment method. She said “Just tap your card lah! Don’t need to cancel!” I told her that the current selected card requires a DBS card which I don’t have and asked why did she have to be so fierce. She immediately replied “Next time don’t ever call me to help you. I’m not the staff here.” While I appreciated that she stepped in to help, I am extremely shocked by the way she talked to me given that it was my first encounter with her. Also, during our conversation, I have never asked for her help.
She was wearing your GNC uniform, representing your brand. I hope you'll take this opportunity to educate her on better behavior.
I did not get to see her name tag. She looks like she’s in her 50s, with short hair and brown highlights. She was wearing a pair of glasses as well. You can trace based on your GNC staff on shift today and who stepped out to Jasons Deli at the stated timing.
Given the numerous negative Google reviews at your Watsons ION Orchard outlet, it is clear that the behavior of your staff has been an ongoing problem.

The environment at the store felt uneasy, and it became very uncomfortable when I dealt with an employee I think his name may be Ramon or Raymond. It was difficult not to notice that the other employees appeared to be avoiding him, creating an unusual tension in the store.
Regardless, he approached me when I was obviously looking at the La Roche-Posay thermal spray and began pushing his product on me. His approach was forceful and put me under pressure, despite the fact that I had no interest in what he was selling.
It's discouraging to feel overwhelmed while trying to make a skincare selection.

I came here on the 17th of Jan to buy some prescription medicine. The lady at the pharmacy counter was extremely rude. It seemed like she didn't want to do that job and any question I asked she seemed to get irritated. I had to walk out and went to Guardian. There's no way I'm purchasing from a clerk who has such a disgusting behaviour. Why is she even working there?

Superb service by Danial.Needed quite a few bottles of Nizoral Derma Daily shampoo urgently.
Store only had one left yesterday.Not only did Danial help order the quantity i needed, he even went to nearby outlets to collect stocks they had just so I can have them the very next day.
Then updated me via message that ready for collection Thumbs up for service and he was always with a smile..

During my visit on 19th Aug afternoon, a female pharmacist was very unhelpful and impatient. She seemed preoccupied with her computer and addressed my queries with reluctance. In the brief conversation, which lasted less than a minute, I received several curt responses such as "no" and "I don't know," which left me feeling frustrated and unsupported.
Her service standard is far below that of the pharmacists at Takashimaya Watson's.

Managed to purchase the thera tear capsules during the 35% off period thanks to the help of 2 staff on duty who located it for me (it was on the lower shelves). Thera tears is useful if you work in a cold air conditioned office setting and experience dry eyes.

With advertised opening hours till 22:00 arrived to the locked doors at 21:52 and was turned away by staff despite asking for urgent fever medication. Soulless.
