The environment at the store felt uneasy, and it became very uncomfortable when I dealt with an employee I think his name may be Ramon or Raymond. It was difficult not to notice that the other employees appeared to be avoiding him, creating an unusual tension in the store. Regardless, he approached me when I was obviously looking at the La Roche-Posay thermal spray and began pushing his product on me. His approach was forceful and put me under pressure, despite the fact that I had no interest in what he was selling. It's discouraging to feel overwhelmed while trying to make a skincare selection.

I am a long-time customer of Bobbi Brown. This is my first complaint. A little disappointed to reach home to find all the boxes not sealed except one. Also price was double the amount (118 instead of 60+) when I inquired in the store and checked the bill when I got home. The most disappointing part was this item’s box had finger prints all over and was not sealed. Purchase on 6 Oct 2024 at 5:06PM.

Rude staff resulting in an unpleasant experience. Went in when the rest of Ion was bustling and the store was empty. Staff was chatting to each other and seem disturbed when I asked what foundation color was best suited for my skin. Male staff declared a color without actually testing the product on my skin and seemed unwilling to do so. He was clearly in a hurry to get me out of the store. Told me that if I wasn’t purchasing from their store (and instead at Sephora), I should just get color testing performed by them. Super poor customer service for such a high end cosmetics brand. I would be more understanding if the store was busier, but not surprised if that is their attitude/ service.
