While walking underground today I came across with this pharmacy, I spoke with the guy and trying to show how to put and prep the plaster for me and the lady helped me out putting the pain patches at my back. These 2 staff are very helpful and their customer service demonstrate " excellent service and beyond" they should put more people who exhibit kindness and willing to help.
One of our favourite Guardian outlets but a few store assistants and cashiers approached tonight are unable to converse in basic English. Didn't understand words like "bathsoap" and "self checkout". Maybe there should be an automatic translator for customers to interact with staff who only speak Mandarin? Makes it less frustrating and more pleasant for both parties.
Rudest and most clueless service staff you'll ever find at a Guardian. Tried to redeem an item on yuu app. Item was clearly the correct one, Ion was not an excluded outlet, and coupon was still valid. Staff scanned and said bar code not valid and just black faced me and walked away. Cashier kept trying and told me not valid. When I told them I didn't want it anymore, the cashier was so surprised that I was cancelling my purchase.
I went to another outlet after this and the cashier cleared my coupon in less than 2 minutes. So many staff at Ion but all clueless and unwilling to assist further. Terrible.
The worker near the derma skin care product were hideous, arrogant and have the audacity to talk behind customer back in chinese no wonder u dont have customer.. just bcoz im not chinese doesnt mean i cannot understand u.. so much different with watson which they interacted with customer even theyre not willing to..
I visited the ION Orchard boutique to pick up a ring (which I have paid a deposit earlier) for my wife on 20.11.2023, around 3.30pm. I approached the entry security guy and informed him that I was looking for Janet. The security guy was unsure so Robin, another SA whom I have not met before, was called upon.
Robin approached me in a haughty manner. When he found out that the SA I was looking for was off duty on that day, he did not even bother to offer his assistance even though I have made my intention clear right from the beginning. I was left standing at the entrance. I did not expect to be treated like a VIP, but at least a basic meet and greet. Robin made me felt like I am wasting his time. When I re-emphasized that I was here to collect the ring again, he RELUCTANTLY let me in, told me to wait and mumbled something like “sit down first”, before disappearing from my sight.
When Robin reappeared with the ring, box and carrier, he showed me the ring and card. I asked to verify the serial number of the ring with the card. Robin simply told me the Tax Invoice and the card serial number were tallied so no need for me to check again. I told him that I would like to check the serial number on the ring physically but his reply to me was “too small, you can’t see!”. I went ahead and did a quick check on the ring without further assistance from Robin. After which, he quickly placed the ring back in the box and carrier. I could sense that he wanted me to leave the boutique as soon as possible. However, as I was supposed to collect something else from Janet, I told him to call her direct to verify. AGAIN, he showed sign of reluctance and disappeared to make the call. Moments later, he came back with the item. I felt he was practically shoving me to the door.
Considering Bvlgari a luxury brand, the ring was not even wrapped! Not even a simple Bvlgari ribbon!
I was totally disgusted by Robin’s attitude Everything was chunked to me haphazardly. This was meant to be a gift to my wife, but the experience was a terrible one! My wife & I had great experiences with Janet and Gerry, but this was certainly marred by Robin. I may be just an average customer at Bvlgari, but this is not my first purchase with them. I also had great experiences at the Ngee City (Ynez G) and MBS boutiques (Sally Sia) even though I was only there to browse. They were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my visit.
If this is the kind of service I get from Bvlgari, I would rather spend my money elsewhere. The SAs from other luxury brands always made me feel welcome and made sure that my items were nicely wrapped with their own initiatives. I never felt the need to write a bad review, this is certainly my FIRST!
Prior to visit, I called for appointment, and told them my desired time piece. The SA, Yvonne was professional and advised me what they have and arranged for those items for viewing on my visit.
I was intending to replace my lost aluminum timepiece. Chance upon the limited edition Octo Finissimo, very light and 3-4mm thin. Also on the lady’s LVCEA, that stock was like gone in 30sec demand…
Yvonne Lim and her colleagues were all welcoming, very patience with our selection. Feel very comfortable and pleasant at their boutique.
The area where they host us allow a impromptu meeting with a friend of mine who happens to be at ION.
The layout of the display are very nice, customers are able to take a glance of their displayed items. Rare sets are protected.
There is enough privacy and space to comfortably select your items.
Janet Lye is one of the best Client Advisor out there. She is really very professional and provided wonderful advice on what rings we should get. Extremely detailed orientated and most impotently, she’s extremely kind and sincere. My husband and I really appreciate her time and effort taken to serve us. Will be back!

She wasn't pushy and what puts her apart from the other retail sales I have met is she was very sincere.
