Order taken even though food mostly gone so compromise portion..Chicken over cooked and tough, not a good experience and the food taste different from then publicity!

Since being replaced from Riverside Indonesia BBQ to Bali Bali, the quality has noticeably declined while prices have increased significantly. As a long-time fan of Indonesian BBQ, I can no longer recommend Bali Bali bbq’s most of the menu—except for their grilled chicken. I miss the riverside bbq which used to be here.

Immediately eye catching on their combo set of grilled chicken and grilled squid. The black BBQ sauce is slightly sweet, just like the Indonesian style. Both chicken and squid are grilled just nice, meat is juicy and tender. Sambal is could be more spicier and the veg is not nice. I think most probably it’s toward late at night near to closing time. Other than the veg, the rest is still ok consider dine in ION mall. You could get better panggang elsewhere.

I was so hungry when I ordered this. But the portion was so huge, I almost can’t finish this. It’s nice, the chicken is sweet but ok. I saw lot of people ordered this too, it’s pretty popular.

The staff' at Dior Ion is nice . Ms Cora was very nice, friendly, helpful and very professional.i was blessed to have her in assisting my purchase . Bought a Lucky Hand and Body Lotion last year from Ion. Accidentally dropped it at home and the pump mechanism was damaged. Went to ion store today to request for a replacement pump but I was told I must bring down my lotion bottle for inspection before it can be decided if a replacement can be given. I am surprised by the after sales service.

Very nice place and complete collection special edition of DIOR parfume where you only can get it in this store. The staff,Eilleen Low , is very helpful in choosing the perfect fragrance for me, and finally got what I’ve been looking for. With one purchases of the parfume you will also get 2 additional minis size.. not ONE but TWO , nice!! And a luxury packaging❤️ For tourist dont forget to asl for the tax refund form

Long time customer of dior perfumes, always receive warm welcome and great service. However very disappointed that they don’t carry the full range of fragrances available in other countries. Like oud rosewood, santal noir and most importantly vetiver.

Non-existent service. Even when the store is crowded, there was no proper queueing system and at one point, two staff were attending to the same one customer. Staff who attended to me later was apologetic for thinking I was waiting for somebody to attend to me, and gave me a few more samples.
