When I was browsing the products no one came to me. And after I asked for a shade or the placements of certain products the SA literally used the word “right over there” and simply pointed me to the spot without ANY assistance. It is only after I told him I’m confirmed gonna buy something that he started to get kind of friendly, but he was still reluctant to give me ANY service. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars and receiving bare minimum service. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a Dior beauty boutique.

I walked in and received no assistance at all. While I was trying to get help, another customer walked in, and one of the sales staff immediately approached her, while the other seemed distracted by her iPad. It felt as though I was being ignored, possibly because I am Indian, while everyone else around me was Chinese. This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially since I regularly shop at Dior. If I could give zero stars, I truly would. I hope you will address this issue and improve your customer service, as this treatment is absolutely unacceptable.

I stopped coming to Dior’s physical boutique after their initial opening as the service deteriorated quickly after the first few months. However all that changed as our SA Nabilah today was such a wonderful guide as we made some Christmas purchases. She was really knowledgeable about the brand and patient with us. Will be back soon!

Poor customer service by their male Malay staff. Not willing to do the extra work in order for me to earn the ION points. Firstly, he didn’t to check if I am a Yuu membership. Secondly, he didn’t check with me about the ION membership. And when I remembered and waited in line again to approach him, he was not willing to help me and asked me to wait in line another time. It’s an unpleasant customer service.
