A nice dinner session with a family of 7, the staff was proactive to settle us in despite the peak hour crowd. Service was fast and food was fantastic; a serving for one was actually good for two person to eat. Generous, large and tasty. Special mentioned to Rai(Raihan) for check-in on us every now and then to ensure that food is up to our expectations. He was also kind to offer dessert to our children. Kudos to all the staff and Rai. Will definitely come back, our very first experience and won’t be the last.

I love the general ambience of Poulet @ ION - the whole vibe is just nice. Not to mention, staff members are very friendly, quick and efficient. I was directed in immediately as I stood at the store front, ordered my food quickly and received it in less than 10mins. For a restaurant, this was very speedy! I ordered their 3-course meal and it was very worth it! I must say my favourite is the 70% dark chocolate creme brûlée with berries. LOVE LOVE LOVE! I will definitely come back for that. 😍

Jass was awesomely attentive, together with a couple of the other staff members. Food was served quickly and well-plated. My elderly parents were given a chair so they could rest while waiting. Cosy and friendly atmosphere. Recommended. Only wish that they didn't change the Brussels sprouts dish to one mixed with broccoli.

It’s been awhile since I visited a poulet and the food never fail to impress me. The baked chicken meat is tender and moist and goes exceptionally well with the sauce. Prob best baked chicken in singapore! All other dishes are secondary to this but also very good. It’s a bit pricy, and the service is not as good as it used to be so marking it down slightly for that.

I really love their food, drinks, and desserts.. everything was absolutely delicious! The staff were all so nice, attentive, and very helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I truly appreciate the warm service and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

I was expecting more. It feels and also looks like a bought icecream from supermarket. When I saw the package like from supermarket slicing it with knife and putting into sandwich I knew that It would not be the best experience. Mango was almost tastefull. I ate much better icecreams. But in the heat it can be good option to cool yourself.

The most iconic ice cream in Singapore. The uncle working at the stand sells it in Orchard Road… they selling Ice Cream Since 1965… It has a popular nickname of “$1 ice cream”. However the price has increased to $1.50 due to inflation. It became very popular not only because of its cheap price but its very delicious for its low cost. You can ask for the ice cream alone or in a cup/ cone, wafer or the most popular option is eating it with bread… If you visit Singapore, you should put this stop on your bucket list. There are various ice cream sellers in Orchard Road, however this particular stall has gained the most attention… There are many flavors to choose from, my kids enjoy their chocolate ice cream, I enjoy their raspberry ice cream…

The ice cream taste nothing special, but I liked it for the sake of the memory. I tried the durian flavor, since durian is my favorite.
