I made a reservation a few days in advance and got a nice window seat. I ordered the salted egg yolk king crab, kang kong stir-fried with sambal, seafood fried rice, and a cup of barley drink. The serving time was a bit slow, but the food was definitely worth the wait – especially the king crab, which was incredibly fresh and flavorful. 🦀😋 The restaurant was busy – I arrived around 7 PM and most of the tables were already full. Despite the crowd, the staff were attentive and thoughtful. They provided wet wipes and disposable gloves, and promptly cleared the shells and food waste from the table. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely come back again when I have the chance! 😊

If you want to try chilli crab, I would highly recommend this restraunt. The food was absolutely amazing. We went as a group of 8 and I couldn't fault the restraunt or the food. It is in the middle of the shopping centre so was a little hard to find but it was a great find.

We came for dinner on a Tuesday evening and had made a reservation in advance, so there was no waiting time. We were seated by the window with a beautiful view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The service from Zhu LAN was excellent—attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. Overall, a wonderful dining experience at Jumbo Seafood.

The food was absolutely delicious and the views from the restaurant are stunning. I have a peanut allergy which they were incredibly accommodating to since their chili crab is cooked in peanut oil. Came here with my family and the staff were incredibly attentive to us and our needs. Recommend making a reservation because the restaurant is busy! Keep in mind that the dining time is a strict 1.5h per person.

Loved the experience here. Got seated quickly (made reservation) and had quick and timely service! They were very attentive, bringing new plates, tissues frequently. The food was excellent. We got the chili crab, scallops and tom yum soup. Highly recommend!

Had high hopes for this outlet due to its good ratings, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Despite arriving on time for our reservation, we were only seated 20 minutes later. Service was disorganised from the start—after placing our orders, the waiter walked off without confirming anything. When we asked him to repeat the order, he rushed through it so quickly that we had to ask him to slow down just to ensure accuracy. The first dish to arrive was the vegetables, oddly served before any drinks or dim sum had even hit the table. By the time the drinks and dim sum arrived—10 minutes later—the vegetables were cold and untouched as we had intended to eat them with white rice or noodles. Food-wise, the experience was underwhelming: Dim sum: Prawns were tasteless and nowhere near the quality of Peach Garden. XO carrot cake: Tasty. Sambal Kang Kong: Ok. Seafood Fried Rice: A bit bland. Mee Goreng: Enjoyable. Claypot Seafood tofu: Disappointing—honestly, the version at my local coffee shop is better. Mocha Pork Ribs: Flavorful, but tougher than what I’ve had at their Dempsey outlet. Chilli Crab: Very good—this was probably the highlight. Steamed Australian Lobster: Disappointing—the meat was tough and not sweet, possibly due to the size (larger than the 1.2kg I had at Dempsey). The overall impression was of subpar food and forgettable service. For the nearly $665 we spent, the meal simply didn’t live up to expectations. I’ll be sticking to the Dempsey outlet next time if I’m craving Jumbo.

Came on 21 FEB 2025, to have my birthday lunch and i truly enjoyed my dining experience. Food was tasty as usual and the portion size had remained the same over the years. The staffs working at the ion outlet were very attentive and friendly as well. Really had a positive experience and will definitely return again for more.

When in Ion Orchard, this is one of my fav spot to grab delicious meals! Poulet + Brasserie serves Italian dishes, and none of their food ever fails me. I especially love their roast and Truffle Mushroom Risotto, so delish! And their chocolate creme brulee is simply awesome! As always, service was quick and efficient, and their servers are all so hands on in handling the order. Special thanks to Jass, who was in charge of our table, ahh the warmth and friendliness given completed my visit to P+B today, thanks for being so nice, we’ll comeback for sure!

Food is done well, pasta dish was al dente, salad dressing was clean and zesty, seafood dish was great! Tiramisu was light and just right ending to cap the meal 🌸😉 service was spot on! Halal certified French brasserie

Food was great. Came here after a gym session and they had good lean proteins and fantastic side dishes to go along with. Price is affordable, but portions and quality were not compromised. Would recommend!
