today 21-6-2025 2:10-230p i bought the scissor cut curry rice，going to finish the fried egg,after that I eat the egg shell.that is not only a bit.That a lot,I got feedback to the stall,they just smiling,this is ridiculous,what happened to the standard,dun have any reaction after I feedback.

Had an enjoyable dining here with my friends! The customer service was super good which made our dining experience even better. The staff with the brown ribbon welcomed us in and was really nice to us! Will come back to dine at this outlet

Visited this restaurant as we walking around Ion Orchard looking for dinner place. Still quite empty when we came for early dinner, but started to get busy and waiting list during peak dinner time. Ordered Deep Fried Fish Fillet with Sweet and Sour Sauce, Stir Fried Mixed Vegetables with Mushrooms, and Clear Tomyum Seafood Soup. The sweet and sour fish was a bit disappointing if I compared with their other outlet, in here the fish meat was dry, not juicy and flaky, and the batter was a bit too thick and also hard and soggy, like it’s already pre-fried, not crispy in the outside. The sweet and sour sauce coating the fish was also too little, it’s laking of sauce. Stir fried mixed vegetables was nice, Tomyum clear soup was also nice and the ingredients inside were fresh. But for portion given in this outlet was little compared with other outlet. Considered the price here is around $1-$2 more expensive compared with their other outlets. Environment and service was okay it’s just the staff was so rushing to clear the plates once they saw it were empty on our table without checking or asking us first, even though we were still eating and not completely finish.

My fav Thai restaurant in Singapore and I’ve visited some branches , the foods are quite tasty and the services at that day we got is quite bad !! Have visited on 15 Feb @orchard branch with my husband and guests, but the staff girl who is spoiled our good mood and got bad services and manner. Hope can manage the service team for better in next time visit .

Honestly, I don't know how to describe this restaurant. I've visited it several times because it's halal and it's close to the hotel I live in. Sometimes I find the meal to be more than good and sometimes I find it to be acceptable. In general, the restaurant is good and the staff are friendly.

My friends and I had the best time at Sanook! We hope to commend a friendly staff, Yui, for being so welcoming and friendly to us! She introduced us some of the Thai dishes and event offered free popcorn to us 💓 @Sanook Please give Yui a pay raise

Visited during lunch hour. The food was OK. Leaving a review as I had a pleasant experience with the service crew. When I was seated, the restaurant was relatively empty but very quickly it became full and bustling. Yet the friendliness and politeness of the service crew was consistent throughout my time I was there, which imp is rare in Singapore F&B places. Ordered chicken Tom yum soup, but was served Seafood instead. Don’t have allergies but I do not like seafood. I was in a rush hence I did not return the order back to the kitchen. Thought I should inform the staff so they can take note when I was making payment. They were very apologetic about it and they had service recovery too.

Today, i come for lunch but they just give my table to other customer, and they asked me to come back again. This is not very proffesional and rude, and im still on half doing my order in the counter than they just give my table to other customer. till i said this is my table just now why you give the table to others, the waiter just ignore me and give to them. im very upset the way she ignore me its very bad attitude and service etique and she is not proffesional. Im actually the one who come 1st than i have problem with my phone to scan and i decide doing the order in the cashier counter ilthe table that given to me she give to the group coming. i attach the pictures the rude waiter (cashier) also his frends. Just because im coming alone and she just ignore me and give my table to them. The waitress very rude without apologize. The higher mgmt of Sanook please take note. Im am your regular guest dining Sanook for how many years now.

Average food. Tried the set. Fried fish is below average, not so good quality. Vege and tom yum is ok. Spring roll was hard
