This Sanook branch is a disappointment. The manager and staff need hospitality training. Their approach was rude and insulting.
As a regular customer for three years, I've had subpar experiences before, but today's encounter was the final straw. When the manager in the black blouse politely informed me about the no-outside-food policy regarding my egg, I understood. Even though I was really annoyed about it.
However, another staff member unnecessarily repeated the instruction and asked me to remove the egg from the table, which felt belittling. Given that I'd ordered sufficient food for two people, it seemed like an overreaction.
This experience has led me to decide not to dine at Sanook again. Their strict policy enforcement over customer satisfaction is unappealing.

Today, i come for lunch but they just give my table to other customer, and they asked me to come back again. This is not very proffesional and rude, and im still on half doing my order in the counter than they just give my table to other customer. till i said this is my table just now why you give the table to others, the waiter just ignore me and give to them. im very upset the way she ignore me its very bad attitude and service etique and she is not proffesional. Im actually the one who come 1st than i have problem with my phone to scan and i decide doing the order in the cashier counter ilthe table that given to me she give to the group coming. i attach the pictures the rude waiter (cashier) also his frends. Just because im coming alone and she just ignore me and give my table to them. The waitress very rude without apologize. The higher mgmt of Sanook please take note. Im am your regular guest dining Sanook for how many years now.

My fav Thai restaurant in Singapore and I’ve visited some branches , the foods are quite tasty and the services at that day we got is quite bad !! Have visited on 15 Feb @orchard branch with my husband and guests, but the staff girl who is spoiled our good mood and got bad services and manner. Hope can manage the service team for better in next time visit .

I came here only for the Mango Sticky Rice so I can't speak for the rest of the food. Unfortunately the dish was only average. Decent as an introduction but not for any gastronomic experience.

Excellent service by the front house (i suppose the manager). She was quick with assigning tables for her customers. I had asked for extra green chilli, and she was very generous to give a small bowl of it. It was really good, I finished it all! The rest of the staff were also quick and polite. Great team work!

This restaurant was so good - for sit down lunch it was perfect. You scan the QR code so you can order as quickly as you’d like and be more leisurely or be l quick. I was dining alone so it was perfect. I got a few different items all for a very reasonable price would highly recommend if you are shopping around Orchard Street to pop in to here!!

Had an enjoyable dining here with my friends! The customer service was super good which made our dining experience even better. The staff with the brown ribbon welcomed us in and was really nice to us! Will come back to dine at this outlet
