I've visited this boutique twice and received excellent service both times. On my first visit, Haleem assisted me with my inquiries and shared a lot with me about Tudor's history. He was very polite and cordial, and I look forward to getting my watch from him soon. During my second visit, Wan Ni was available to update me on the watch and had also introduced me to the Black Bay GMT. Overall, I had a great experience at The Hour Glass Tudor at Ion. Amazing shopping experience once again. Was in town with the family and brought them to view some watches. Was attended to by Donna at Rolex boutique whom had already left a great impression in my previous visit, and subsequently by Darren as well at Tudor. Knows his stuff and took the effort to show the different sizes and explain the different dial combinations. Now i have a go to place whenever my better half is out shopping.

Collected my first Tudor watch today! Very delighted to receive a notification from AD that the watch I wanted is available for collection. I was served by Sales Associate Darren, who was knowledgeable and helpful in making my first Tudor experience a good one. Looking forward for more visits!

Exceptional service by Haleem! Went there to get the bracelet adjusted and Haleem helped to adjust and even told me of the scratches that were caused by the original seller (bought it from an AD in Hong Kong). He was very knowledgeable and gave lots of advice. Thanks!
