Many previous reviews of rude unprofessional staff at this outlet and my experience was the same. Spoke to 3 different staff of different levels in the store, each referring to the other as their superior and was told different things from all 3 regarding a return/ exchange. Item was bought from VivoCity although I tried to get the exchange/ refund in Ion. Was not informed beforehand that refund had to be same store. Very different experience from Uniqlo Japan. Uniqlo SG needs to train their staff on policies and customer service. Basically unhelpful, non value adding and none of the Japanese hospitality. 👎 Would give 0 stars if I could.
