The place is very dirty. The floors of the fitting rooms are filthy. Even the counter where the cashier checks you out was dusty and dirty. I was disgusted. I left all the clothes I wanted to buy and exited the store. It is such a shame this is a Uniqlo store. So different from Japan.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently experienced at Uniqlo Ion Orchard.
During my visit, I encountered a male Chinese staff member with side-trimmed long hair who displayed poor attitude and unfriendly behavior. I approached the counter intending to ask about a product promotion, but before I could speak, he loudly instructed me to queue for payment. At that moment, he was simply standing at the counter to remove the clothes hanger. Basically i would like to seek assist from the staff.
Even if I were ready to pay, it would have been more appropriate for the staff to first ask what assistance I needed before directing me to the queue and inform me there are only one counter was open at the time, which further added to the inconvenience. This behavior was unprofessional and reflects poorly on the service standards expected at a major location like Ion Orchard.
Additionally, I would like to highlight an issue with the self-service kiosk area. There were no staff members present to assist customers. I faced payment difficulties and had to stand there for about 10 minutes without any assistance. I had to repeatedly attempt and restart my payment on my own until it finally went through.
It was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially at such a prominent store. Honestly, this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered, and it is totally unacceptable.
I sincerely hope Uniqlo will review and improve the customer service standards at Ion Orchard, particularly given its location in a high-traffic tourist area where service quality is crucial.

Staff Paul @ B2 Men’s section displays a very arrogant and unapproachable demeanour about him. It wasn’t even a crowed hour at the store this evening. He obviously needs some customer training by handling some grace towards customers and refrain from giving the disdainful look that so obvious you are so pissed off for no apparent reason. Do some smiling exercises perhaps. What is the management of ION outlet doing? Your staff could really use some customer service training.

Many previous reviews of rude unprofessional staff at this outlet and my experience was the same.
Spoke to 3 different staff of different levels in the store, each referring to the other as their superior and was told different things from all 3 regarding a return/ exchange. Item was bought from VivoCity although I tried to get the exchange/ refund in Ion. Was not informed beforehand that refund had to be same store.
Very different experience from Uniqlo Japan. Uniqlo SG needs to train their staff on policies and customer service. Basically unhelpful, non value adding and none of the Japanese hospitality. 👎

This is my first time to be completely mistreated by staff in Uniqlo. The name of rude, disrespectful staff is Zaidi, this kind of personality should not be allowed to work in service industry. Confrontational and unhelpful, acting out, trying to hide his name when complained- shocking! Leve a really bad image of Uniqlo for me and ruined my afternoon.

I really like the convenience of this outlet being in the heart of town, and being a really large outlet. Other than that, it's like any other Uniqlo, with affordable mass market clothes that are minimalistic in design. The entire store experience is sufficient for what they offer. Don't expect outsized retail experience though, get what you need, and move on.

Very helpful manager and the higher authority Malay lady who allowed for exchange even though it was not from the same store. This is called good customer service as technically, we should be able to return it at any outlet as they are all under Uniqlo. Do not visit suntech, their cs very poor and so much restrictions. Kindly have the same SOP throughout and make it more flexible for customers

It had been very long I didn't visit the outlet and found that the B2 outlet was extended to 2 entrances. Was expecting kids along with man as usual but man's section at B3 was quite small.
New collaboration with paw patrol just released recently. Only have 3 designs and for small kids only. I wish it has more collection for bigger kids.
