Late lunch at 2:30 PM, the service was so... nonexistent. No smiles, no conversation, just a waiter’s shoe-dragging soundtrack to let us know he was still moving around. Food was decent, water: $1.50. Yes, really. Came with a pitcher, not bad for the price! If you're looking for a dining experience that'll make you feel like you're eating alone in your room, but in public, this is the place! The 2-seater seat was comfy, but the atmosphere was straight out of a 'meh' movie. Go for late lunch when the staff is exhausted - it's like they're competing in some sort of service Olympics... and losing. If you don't care about service (or human interaction), this spot's got you covered. Otherwise, maybe try somewhere else?

Got one of the french toast options plus tea! Taste was pretty good and the atmosphere was nice and calm since we came in the morning, soon after they opened for the day. Won't mind coming again to try other dishes.

Nice japanese café at ION. Had the soufflee pancake with berries. Was delicious and not dry like other reviews here of course a sauce is needed so don't order a plain pancake . Sandwich was also good. And Mille Crepes was also nice. Would come again :)

Service was meh on a Saturday morning. No smiles even though the restaurant was empty. We placed our order at 11.13am and the first item was served 15 minutes later which was within expectation. Halfway through our meal, we checked on the status of the last item, an egg souffle lobster bisque risotto, that has not arrived. Was only told the kitchen was still preparing. 5 minutes later we were served a prawn spaghetti. Wrong order. :( It was 12pm (our order was placed at 11.13am!), after the earlier items were finished when the right order finally came. The waitress only mumbled an apology without even looking us in the eye. The egg souffle was freshly made but the risotto was almost cold. The service here definitely needs improvement. No heads-up when our last item would take longer to arrive, no apology when the wrong order was served and no service recovery attempt at all. Utterly bad experience.

This small place in Ion Orchard offers a decent set promotion, but the prices aren’t the cheapest. The pasta is quite tasty and flavorful, but the omurice is quite ordinary and nothing stands out. The place is actually better known for their coffee and pancakes. The service could definitely be improved. The food was delivered incorrectly, and there weren’t many customers around at the time. The hospitality could also be improved. Overall, I would recommend sticking to what they are good at: coffee and pancakes.

Amenda provided us with excellent service, constantly checking on us! Love her energy! Enjoyed the food as well! Had a wonderful birthday celebration!

Food took such a long time to come. French toast was quite delicious, but the soufflé (not pictured) was horrendous. Was expecting the fluffy soufflé pancake that was pictured, not the overly eggy, hard cake-like monstrosity I bit into. Even if it was supposed to be a cake like texture, the entire pancake was too dry. Also noticed other customers that ordered the same item did not finish it. Strongly do not recommend the “soufflé”.

BRO WHAT IN THE DAMN HELL IS THIS!! maybe that’s on me & my friends for ordering their mains instead of their dessert but come on not only does it look nothing like the photo in the menu, it tasted like straight a$$ AND it’s pricey. pls look at the food that arrived vs the menu pic. decadence in every bite? guess decadence = disappointment

we totally expected to wait a while for our food given the recent reviews, but surprisingly our dishes were all served within 15mins despite the full house! portions were generous, but food could have been better seasoned.
