The place is very dirty. The floors of the fitting rooms are filthy. Even the counter where the cashier checks you out was dusty and dirty. I was disgusted. I left all the clothes I wanted to buy and exited the store. It is such a shame this is a Uniqlo store. So different from Japan.

I had the beef curry omurice and it was DISGUSTING. The dish came 15 mins after the first one and by then my mum's food is no longer hot. The egg on the omurice was just an enlarged egg white. Compared to your menu where the egg actually looks like an egg, it seems like the chefs made it out of egg white instead? And to my horror when i cut in ITS LITERALLY FOAM?? It literally tastes like im eating foam. And after that my dish was flooded with WATER thats probably from the egg. How can you call yourself a japanese establishment when your main dish omu rice tastes like this? As expected the egg white tastes of nothing. Dish was also served on a chipped plate. French toast was the saving grace. My mun also commented that her dish which was the curry pot was not bad too. I am thoroughly disappointed, wont be returning again. Google reviews are low for a reason.

I LOVE HOSHINO COFFEE!!! The staff are so sweet I love them 💕💕 food is also so delicious and i love the plating it’s very cute 💕 thank you to the staff!! they are very hardworking and lovely people!

Had lunch there earlier today with my GF. The Mushroom soup is usual, Chicken Katsu sandwich is alright but as I recall they use to did it better. Strawberry Pancake Souffle is delicious. They have a wide variety of coffees and matcha. If you are into cold brew I would recommend it.

I had a lunch set and it was rather good. Not being a huge fan of Japanese food, I might be a little biased. The omelette was good, beef was a little more fatty than expected. Matcha was nice. Everything was served in no time.

No clue why the reviews are on about, this place was amazing. Coffee was wonderful, like actually amazing for the price, most definitely worth the money. The desserts and especially the ice cream was also amazing, great taste and consistency. Sides were well made and seasoned. And service was also exceptionally fast. I’ll certainly come back here someday to try their mains and other drinks. Hands down best coffee jelly I’ve had in Singapore, me and my friend would highly recommend this place if you’re in orchard and looking for good coffee.

we totally expected to wait a while for our food given the recent reviews, but surprisingly our dishes were all served within 15mins despite the full house! portions were generous, but food could have been better seasoned.

BRO WHAT IN THE DAMN HELL IS THIS!! maybe that’s on me & my friends for ordering their mains instead of their dessert but come on not only does it look nothing like the photo in the menu, it tasted like straight a$$ AND it’s pricey. pls look at the food that arrived vs the menu pic. decadence in every bite? guess decadence = disappointment

Food took such a long time to come. French toast was quite delicious, but the soufflé (not pictured) was horrendous. Was expecting the fluffy soufflé pancake that was pictured, not the overly eggy, hard cake-like monstrosity I bit into. Even if it was supposed to be a cake like texture, the entire pancake was too dry. Also noticed other customers that ordered the same item did not finish it. Strongly do not recommend the “soufflé”.

Amenda provided us with excellent service, constantly checking on us! Love her energy! Enjoyed the food as well! Had a wonderful birthday celebration!
