HORRIBLE customer service from a Thai girl called Tikki. Super rude. I had shopped at Sephora on Sunday and spend $300++. There was an ongoing promo that you’d get a free gift with every $150 spent. However I only saw this promo while shopping on the app on Monday. Hence I reached out to customer service online, they then mentioned they would check and eventually came back and told me to go down to ion and I can collect one. So today (Tuesday), I made an effort to come all the way down only to be told by Tikki “no more” and I tried to explain the situation to her but she kept raising her voice at me saying that she’s only trying to help and I asked how is she helping by telling me no more when I clearly saw one of the staff behind the counter take one out. She then says it’s reserved. So I asked her why would customer service ask me to come down and get it if it was out of stock since Sunday???? Waste of transport and time. She then said why don’t I go to other stores and check which obviously I’m not agreeable because they specifically mentioned ion. She then starts to blame the online guy saying that, she works at the store not the office. It’s different team it wasn’t her who asked me to come by. If you guys work for the same company as a customer I don’t really appreciate hearing this because that’s not my problem if there’s a lack of communication between two ends. I then asked to speak to her boss and managed to speak to man named Boris. Thumbs up to him. He was patient in understanding the issue and trying to solve it for me. So I really appreciated that. I know customers are not always right. But I don’t think in this case it was wrong for me to feel frustrated and annoyed + having someone raise their voice at me instead of listening before talking. That’s really a bad experience for me.

We’ve had a wonderful experience being hosted by Anne. She is incredibly friendly and ensure we feel comfortable throughout our dining experience. The food are generally good, with a great variety of options to choose from. Here is what we ordered: Sweet potato fries - very genorous portion and would taste even better if it could stay crispy a little longer! Pork ragu rigatoni (from the seasonal menu) - the ragu is very tasty, will be perfect if the pasta could soak up the sauce a little. The gochujang chicken flatbread (from the seasonal menu) - it tasted more like kimchi chicken but it is interestingly yummy and the chicken in tender Carrot cake - moist and delicious with the cream cheese frosting. Latte - it was alright. Overall, it’s been a delightful experience!

Love the Kimchi Steak Fried Rice & Double Wagyu burger! Upgrade the fries to truffle fries for that extra touch! Also, their Sticky Date Pudding is better than P.S. Cafe’s!

I was at this ION outlet for the first time and also at this restaurant for the first time. The menu is kinda limited compared to other chain restaurants. My friend and I ordered the truffle cream mushroom pasta and the rib eye to share. I came here with no expectation as we just passed by this restaurant looking for a quiet place to eat and chat. There were many patrons, to my surprise as their pricing ain't low. I guess that's ION - restaurant tucked amidst high end brand stores. I'm not really a fan of pasta. I was looking forward more to my rib eye. We ordered medium for the doneness. To my surprise, the pasta was really good. It was al dente coated with the truffle cream which was not overly rich and served with a generous portion of roasted mushrooms. The steak was great as well - glad we ordered medium instead of medium rare. It paired really well with the red wine 🍷 I ordered. Service wise was a little bit slow as there were many patrons, I guess. Nevertheless, the food we ordered was great!

Exorbitant price you pay for the classy ambience and customer service. We have a baby and they were very kind to us, thus the 3 stars. I was taken aback how dry the kimchi fried rice and chewy the steak was. Nothing notable about the Mac & Cheese either. Coffee were okay. Probably stick to cakes?

Food was amazing and the portions were big. Had a very pleasant dinner experience 😋. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Jean and Rose served us well. They're very efficient 😃. Great service.

Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and attentive service. Thank you albert and Jennifer. The spicy crab meat pasta was flavorful its a must try and the dessert was a perfect finish. Definitely coming back.

I had an incredible experience! The service staff was absolutely amazing—so attentive and genuinely focused on making sure all our needs were met. Namely - Rose, Judy and Marcus I’ll definitely be returning for their exceptional service. As for the food and coffee, both were fantastic! Every bite was delicious, and the coffee was perfectly brewed. A truly delightful experience overall. Highly recommend! Ordered Spicy crabmeat Kimchi steak Latte Cappuccino Pear espresso cake

Was here to celebrate a dear friend’s birthday. We were arranged to seat at the external area of the restaurant, where it’s a little open. The table felt small for 3 people but we were okay. Food was good and service was okay. Visited on 15 May 2025 via Chope reservation for party of 3 and realized despite attended and dined at the outlet as per reservation, I was marked as no-show and resulted in the loss of Chope points. I only notice this 2 months later and submitted appeal with Chope platform and it was rightfully rectified after submitted proof of the photos taken that evening.

Their service was not bad just that we felt kinda rushed probably because they were going to close already. The dessert were really good. Selection was a lot too.
