The Marmalade Pantry at ION Orchard is an absolute gem in Singapore's bustling dining scene! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the most attentive and engaging staff. Unlike the robotic service you often encounter in other restaurants, the team here truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. Their warm smiles and genuine interest in ensuring we had a great experience made all the difference. The menu is thoughtfully designed to cater to all appetites, which is such a refreshing touch. Whether you're looking for a light bite or a hearty meal, there's something for everyone. This flexibility is perfect for diners with varying hunger levels, and it really shows how much thought has gone into crafting the dining experience. We spent a leisurely afternoon here, sipping on coffee after coffee and indulging in their delightful desserts. The cozy ambiance made it the perfect spot to unwind and chat for hours without feeling rushed. Every dessert we tried was a treat, and the coffee was consistently excellent. If you're looking for a place with great food, a relaxing atmosphere, and service that truly stands out, The Marmalade Pantry is the place to be. We loved every moment and will definitely be back!

My very first time to dine at The Marmalade Pantry.. food is excellent.. had rib eye steak and the delicious new Lemon Raspberry cake which Judy and Jean recommended. portion is huge.. really enjoyed every bite...customer service of Judy and Jean is second to none!!.. Highly recommended.

I always enjoy the food here, especially the pasta and desserts. I recently tried the cheesecake, and it had the perfect balance of sweetness—absolutely loved it! A big shoutout to our server, Jennifer, who provided excellent service throughout our entire dining experience.🫶🥂

Food taste was so so but the portion were small especially the burger and cod fish. Salad was refreshing. Staff was very friendly , warm and attentive. Kudos to Anne for saving the day! She was apologetic for the disappointing experience we had but her service won us over & she also did a good service recovery attempt.

We’ve had a wonderful experience being hosted by Anne. She is incredibly friendly and ensure we feel comfortable throughout our dining experience. The food are generally good, with a great variety of options to choose from. Here is what we ordered: Sweet potato fries - very genorous portion and would taste even better if it could stay crispy a little longer! Pork ragu rigatoni (from the seasonal menu) - the ragu is very tasty, will be perfect if the pasta could soak up the sauce a little. The gochujang chicken flatbread (from the seasonal menu) - it tasted more like kimchi chicken but it is interestingly yummy and the chicken in tender Carrot cake - moist and delicious with the cream cheese frosting. Latte - it was alright. Overall, it’s been a delightful experience!

Very good and prompt service. Drink tastes nice too but a little on the sweeter end. Will be a 5 stars if there is an option of zero to 1/4 sugar. Min sugar at 50%, which is higher than usual threshold but nonetheless, will be back for more drinks. Lovely staff.

I ordered strawberry mulberry black. The drink itself was enjoyable, but the large fruit pieces made it difficult to sip through the paper straw. Additionally, the straw became a bit challenging to use as it softened over time. Improving the quality of the straw, perhaps by making it sturdier to withstand the drink’s consistency, could enhance the overall experience. Moreover, I noticed the paper straw peeling due to the friction caused by its size against the straw hole. Perhaps using a wider straw or cutting the fruits into smaller pieces could alleviate this issue for a smoother drink experience.

Hey Tea offers a fantastic variety of creative tea drinks and refreshing flavors. The ingredients always taste fresh, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Sometimes the line can get a bit long, but it’s worth the wait! Definitely a must-try for tea lovers.

It's healthier. Option tea but still loaded with sugar and carb. The cheese tea without sugar is refreshing. Staff are friendly they are more than happy customize ur team
