I had a fantastic experience with Radhi at Sephora Ion Orchard. She is incredibly knowledgeable about products and also genuinely warm and approachable. Radhi took the time to explain my skin tone, understand products I already have and the look I wanted to achieve, then guided me to the perfect products with thoughtful recommendations. I deeply appreciate how she explained why each product would work for me, which made the process both informative and enjoyable. Thanks to her expertise, I left feeling confident and excited to try out my new finds. Radhi is a true professional and an asset to Sephora.

I had such a lovely experience with Edith! She introduced me to her brand, Sunday Riley, in the friendliest way possible. It felt like a personal chat rather than a sales pitch. I especially loved how she talked about the UFO oil and the ceramide cream. The UFO cream has been a game-changer for my acne, and the ceramide cream is perfect for my daily moisturising routine. I really enjoy Sunday Riley’s products—they're fantastic. I'll definitely be coming back to see Edith again soon :)

Her product knowledge was impressive, she suggested a skincare routine that really suited my skin type, and I’ve already started seeing improvements. Rochelle made the whole experience feel personalized and never once pressured me to overspend. Her friendly attitude and genuine care made me feel so comfortable and supported. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and highly recommend speaking to Rochelle if you’re visiting Sephora ION, she knows her stuff and goes the extra mile for her customers!

Came to this place to get an Air Brush Setting Spray for my daughter and was attended by a few friendly staff whom made us feel really warm and welcome :-) The whole stall is beautifully lighted & most products are so nicely organised and displayed. Joined the membership as I know I will sure come back again one day…

Would like to give props and many thanks to beauty advisor Hoa Ly for her great service for recommending me the correct shade of lip stain although I just wanted to grab and go and she noticed the lip stain I selected might be too dark. She even go out of her way to wrap it up for me as it was a gift.

Went to Sephora to get sunscreen, facial set for hubby and also facial wash. I was attended to by a lovely sales lady called Hoa Ly. Shout out to Hoa Ly please! Such a beautiful smile btw :) Amazing attitude, great customer service and recommendation of products w/o hard selling. Great service MATTERS and this was the best one yet. Lots of freebies to boot which was another win. Definitely my favourite Sephora outlet to go to everytime! ☺️👍🏻

I went into Sephora to find suitable makeup and skin products that would help my dehydrated skin with nonstop itching. The store assistant, Rachelle was AMAZING. She was so helpful with my skin issues and would look through the product ingredients to make sure nothing was sensitizing for me, as I have extremely sensitive skin. She was so considerate and gave me recommendations to help with my skin instead of leveraging me for sales and commissions. Will be coming back to see you again! Love ya and see you next weekend!

I visited Sephora today and completely forgot the shades I usually use. Thankfully, Josen was there to help, and he was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful, not only did he help me figure out my own shades, but he also took the time to assist my sister, who was buying foundation from Sephora for the very first time. We were having a tough time finding the right color match for her, but thanks to Josen’s patience and expertise, we found the perfect one. Big shoutout to Josen for the fantastic service, thank you for making our visit so easy and pleasant!
