The cashier and some of the staff don't seem to understand the philosophy of a Japanese store customer service. Politeness and serving with a wholehearted attitude were missing.

This may not be the flagship store, but this MUJI has a great selection of everything! Great location at ION Orchard, with a lot of other great shops in the mall. From household items to snacks, men’s clothes, women’s clothes, kids clothes, shoes, luggages and more, it’s nicely spaced out and makes it easy to walk around, even with a crowd. Price is always worth the quality, but also reasonable! Will definitely be shopping at MUJI for our next home, and highly recommend the kids clothes - they are reasonable and great quality, and nice and soft!

A black shirt young lady trainee almost ruined our good impression of the Muji brand by her half-hearted assistance, despite our advice on what’s right customer service should be. Luckily, a team of 2 Malay young ladies trainee(s) / staff at the Cashier showed us what Muji service is all about by checking the stocks on the computer, Somerset store and showing us the pictures. The Muji ION management should reward these professional Malay young ladies and provide better training to the other staffs. This happened on Thursday, 24 April 2025 at 4 pm.

Muji store policy dictates that you can't try on pajamas and pajamas are considered 'innerwear' and 'staff have to retie the packaging' (a lazy excuse) but there are no signs in the store to say that (1) you can't try on pajamas; (2) pajamas are considered innerwear. Muji also doesn't even provide sample pajamas in the appropriate sizes for customers to try on in all the available colours/patterns. Why would a customer be compelled to buy pajamas from Muji when they can simply visit Uniqlo or some other clothes and try on and buy the pajamas from there? Also, the membership benefits really is not great and not customer-centric at all, you need to spend at least S$820 in a calendar year in order to get $2 off Muji Cafe, or S$880 just to get $8 off retail. Truly ridiculous and exorbitant! Who spends so many hundreds of dollars at Muji in one year besides the few people who purchase furniture? Really sad. 800 - 1500 miles: · Retail: $8 OFF with minimum $80 nett spent. · Café&Meal MUJI: $2 OFF with minimum $20 nett spent. 1501 miles & above: · Retail: $15 OFF with minimum $120 nett spent. · Café&Meal MUJI: $3 OFF with minimum $25 nett spent.

I was at Muji on 22/8 around 4pm. As usual, is a crowded outlet. I was looking for a L size singlet but could not find. I checked with Wei Min (Trainee on duty). He told me to give him some time as the cashier is busy. So I told him I will return after going to another shop . Upon returning to Muji, I went back to the rack to check for size L. After a while, Wei min (carrying lots of clothes) approached me to check whether I was the one looking for size L. I was impressed by him , he is a responsible staff to make sure customer need is met. He made an effort to remember me considering there are so many customers innthecshop. Thank you Wei Min. Although i am quite upsad about the phone answering services and the queue up for 40 numbers per day to get our request matter settle. But the SIA airline service showroom was indeed a well organised outlet to visit. I got my problem solved within 5mins after long queue to wait for my turn.

Joanna was amazing and provided targeted assistance to resolve my Krisflyer issue. Prior to coming down, I had a frustrating exchange with the hotline people who did not understand cultural nuances and were not able to assist.

Today i got a call from agent Roel from singapore airlines and he sorted my mothers krys flyer login issue very swiftly. He was so calm and patient in assisting me. Truly world class service. Thanks again Roel, I am amazed to see how well simgapore airlines is managed and the level of customer service they provide.

You can’t get a KrisFlyer account. The site take you out of it, you make one again, it says you already have a KrisFlyer account so now you can never have a account because you don’t know your membership number. Why is it impossible to get a flying account?!? Now I can’t get any points for my upcoming flight. Fix your website. Qantas and British Airways have much better services. Here you can’t make a frequent flyer account. Rubbish. One star.
