u can buy home appliances, fashion goods and many house hold products in one shop. i bought home use cushioned slippers a few times there because the normal supply have stop since the COVID 19+ 2. Apparently they supply better quality slipper. I will carry on buying home use slippers there until i have tips for better slipper elsewhere or the normal supply resumes. Nothing more than that...

On Saturday, April 12th, I bought a man shirt at Muji ION Orchard for my husband. After back to Jakarta I realized that the price tag was 28 SGD but the cashier counted twice to 56 SGD. Can I get the refund for this ? MUJI ION Orchard you can reach me privately.

Went to Muji Ion Orchard Store to look at their furnitures but was quite shocked to find two teenagers lying in the Muji bed as if it’s their own home. To make it worse, they were cuddling with each other and talking in Japanese rather loudly. However, at least they took off their shoes before going to bed. The staff did not do anything despite them being inside the bed for quite awhile.

Staff Deviana was very helpful assisting me to get the correct sizes, she was folding the clothes near to the fitting room and she help me to get another sizes. The negative point of this outlet, after make payment there's no paper bag, according to the cashier they run out of it.. Another week I came again n still no carrier bag n told me to buy the tote bag. Is this a marketing strategy to push for the sales of your tote bag.

The cashier and some of the staff don't seem to understand the philosophy of a Japanese store customer service. Politeness and serving with a wholehearted attitude were missing.

I was at Muji on 22/8 around 4pm. As usual, is a crowded outlet. I was looking for a L size singlet but could not find. I checked with Wei Min (Trainee on duty). He told me to give him some time as the cashier is busy. So I told him I will return after going to another shop . Upon returning to Muji, I went back to the rack to check for size L. After a while, Wei min (carrying lots of clothes) approached me to check whether I was the one looking for size L. I was impressed by him , he is a responsible staff to make sure customer need is met. He made an effort to remember me considering there are so many customers innthecshop. Thank you Wei Min. Work hard n God bless you!

Whilst the booking process and the number of staff was fine. Staff knowledge was poor and the way they treat high value customers was insulting. Both my wife and I are Gold members flying 49-50 international sectors a year. Every change costs an unbelievable penalty even with flexible tickets. The only thing premium about Singapore airlines customer service is the price. They truly have lost touch with their customer service ethics. Get ready to lose 2 customers

You can’t get a KrisFlyer account. The site take you out of it, you make one again, it says you already have a KrisFlyer account so now you can never have a account because you don’t know your membership number. Why is it impossible to get a flying account?!? Now I can’t get any points for my upcoming flight. Fix your website. Qantas and British Airways have much better services. Here you can’t make a frequent flyer account. Rubbish. One star.

Was there to seek clarifications on lounge access. Reception staff mentioned that we could get help via their video call stations. Reception staff was helpful as she assisted to ensure that the call was picked up. However, the staff on the line was unable to provide the answer but suggested that we seek help from the counter staff instead. Had to queue to get a queue number. Our queue number was called. Mr Fhariz Chomel assisted us with our queries. He was patient and made efforts to understand our questions. He also went the extra mile to provide additional information on the exact location of the lounge access. We appreciate his initiatives and being able to provide exceptional customer service.

Poor customer service. Had issue with billing while I had flight in cart checking out online. Called customer service while flight pending payment and they would not honor price even with submitted screen shots of price I was attempting to pay online in checkout. They asked their manager after about 30 minutes on the phone and said prices change. Price had raised 9,000 as was purchasing flights for 5pax. Not what someone would expect from supposedly a top airline!
