Had a pleasant shopping experience at Love, Bonito in ION today. One of the staff members, Jophiela, was warm, friendly, and very helpful in assisting me with items in specific sizes. She also shared some useful fashion tips, which I truly appreciated!

My first purchase at Love Bonito - I was served by ms isya. She was very patient and friendly, and has great eye for details and a good fashion sense.

Salsa was very helpful and provided many options to what I was looking for. Found the perfect pair of blazer and top. Highly recommended sales person.

A special shoutout to Denise, who truly made my visit extra special. She was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive to my needs throughout my time in the store. Made the worst mistake of not double checking after the staff at the cashier here. Asked for new piece of the set (top and skirt) but given both skirts. What's stupid was, I didn't even check. And already went back to my home country 😭 How am I supposed to wear it now? The customer service staff was actually friendly and responsive. I just regret that this happen. Can I do exchange in Love Bonito in home country? I still have the receipt. UPDATE: Ms. Jeney from the Customer Care has assisted a great deal. She helped me liaise with the retail store and help find a solution. Despite everything that happened, they have a great CS support team.

I had a fantastic experience with Denise staff at Love Bonito. She is friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. Her service felt personalized and genuine, which made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciated her professionalism and positive attitude. Highly recommend this store!

Had my Book A Stylist session with Qeela! Great experience with her and very satisfied with the picks she prepared both beforehand and on the spot. She took the initiative to send an email to me asking for more personal preference about my style. She was also friendly and did not mention about the time (supposed to be 1hr but went overtime). Overall happy shopping experience ending with a bunch of clothes with a different style I didn’t think I could hold :)

It was a good experience shopping yesterday at LB and it was only possible with Salsa (I hope I got her name correct) as she came to offered her help to put our selection in the fitting room and help us to get the sizes and new pieces. Her service was impeccable, always with smile and gentle voice. However a couple of her colleagues were quite unpleasant and intruded in our fitting rooms to check if we kept to the 6 pieces guidelines. Thanks to her we left with huge buys else we would have left empty handed unhappily.

I had a great shopping experience at Ion store thanks to Uzair and Jophiela. From the moment I walked in, Uzair greeted me with a warm smile. He took the time to explain where’s the latest launches in store and offered honest and helpful advice without being pushy. Jophiela was cheerful and welcoming. I did a "Book A Stylist" session and was blessed with Jophiela - amazing session!!! Jo was bubbly and enthusiastic, wise and understanding with her recommendations and understanding of (my) budgetary concerns. Note, I am the one with serious fashion challenges 🥲, and I super enjoyed the whole session from the first minute. Feeling very much more inspired and confident with my haul from LB, thank you so much Jo!
