Yesterday, I went with my mother to buy a bag. The female employee who assisted us had middle apart, shoulder-length hair and acne skin. She was very impatient and answered our questions arrogantly, not friendly, making us uncomfortable. We looked at about 4 to 5 bags in total, and in the end, we were interested in two. After deciding not to continue, she expression looked unpleasant and didn’t say a word as she packed up. We ended up buying a bag from a male salesperson, who was much friendlier.

I returned and was served by Jeff and CY. Both are very patient and committed to do their best. I also want to give credit to the staff at the door who serves me water immediately. Got a lovely pendant for my daughter's graduation.

My mum and I were assisted by Margarita & stylist Gordon (hope I got his name right!) few weeks back and today we were assisted by Mannde. Both times our experiences were wonderful ♥️ we didn’t have an appointment previously but today we did. All of them were bubbly and warm, making us feel right at home. They also went a long way to find us the bags that we had in mind and styled them for us ☺️ We will look for them whenever we come back in future! 💙 Thank you for assisting us 😊

Staff at ION are uneducated & so sarcastic towards customer. Unwillingly to provides a proper after sales service. I am wondering why LV offers after sales service where else the staff is not helpful? They should not forget that I am a customer who purchase and give them sales. Yet, they act so arrogantly without knowing their position. It’s a bad experience. They give me the bad impression and bad reputation to LV brands.

Went in to Lv Ion. Was greeted by SA Danny, was looking around to look at their jewellery. Beautiful as always. But indecisive of which to get but Danny was very patient in attending to me. I left without buying anything because everything was very pretty and really couldnt decide which to get. But i am very pleased with the service from Danny and will definitely be back to get the bracelet.

Please have a better after sales service. Provide no solution. Staff will only repeat the same thing again and again to let you agree with them. And sent you off. They only can provide service when you buy from them they can earn and not service after that.

Had a pleasant shopping experience at Love, Bonito in ION today. One of the staff members, Jophiela, was warm, friendly, and very helpful in assisting me with items in specific sizes. She also shared some useful fashion tips, which I truly appreciated!

Balqis takes my preferences into consideration when recommending clothes that suit my style and skin color. As I already have a number of clothes from Love, Bonito, I asked for suggested pairings I can consider based on my current wardrobe of clothes. She asks if I already have certain type of tops and bottoms to consider for layering options as I told her I have colored blazers I want to layer with, and after the session I now have much better ideas and am more confident to pick out clothes to wear without concern whether my clothes go well together. Overall I enjoyed my experience with her !

Horrible ! I’m a foreign customer and purchased 11 pieces of outfits from Ion branch and only to find one of the skirt they gave me was wrong after I returned to my country . There is no phone number that I can contact and I’m so disappointed that I didn’t get the skirt that I loved instead I was given a dress that look very similar except that it has 2 strings to tie on shoulder as a dress . Same color same design but it was not my skirt ! Why do they give you a new piece in plastic bag at the counter when paying but not open to show customer . I know we are supposed to check but the dress and skirt looked very similar in the plastic bag you wouldn’t have thought to open and check . Totally disappointed!! This is an update of the disappointment I had as I described above . With a suggestion from a friend I managed to contact love bonito on email . The customer service was really helpful and quick in their responses . After 30 emails back and froth, I managed to changed my skirt at another outlet at my convenience . I do appreciate their efforts and I bought another 2 psc from them . I will still continue to buy from them .
