I sent my wallet for repair. As per advise by hotline CS there’s batch which had leather which is sticky. Occasionally I would rotate for use.in total less then 1mth of usage. Until Jan I realise the zipper compartment was sticky. Sent in for repair. Nothing is done. But was quoted $1600 to replace the wallet lining leather. When a new wallet would cost not more then $1400. Being a LV fan I think this is the last I will ever buy again. As due to its inferior quality. My other Chanel /Hermes stuff more than 20years. Never had this problem At all. So now I know which is a more reliable brand.. As am shock reading have whom got stinky smelly bag?? But my sticky defect lining leather wasn’t acknowledged.And result was due to humid. But it doesn’t happen for my other bag or wallet??

Just want to share my LV experience with my LV Advisor, Ms. Siti Zulaikha when I dropped by at the ION LV store. She was very accommodating, gave us a warm welcome and smile. Her expertise and patience to me that night was way above expectations, as I’m having a hard time choosing which bags would I buy. Overall, I would like to commend her for being so true and dedicated to her work. I would definitely look for her, if ever I’m planning to buy once again from the store.

Visited this outlet on 5 July and was assisted by Damien who was friendly, helpful and professional. I came with my mum to get a birthday gift for my dad and we weren’t sure what was popular for men's wallets. Damien guided us through the options and kept us updated on the engraving status. Great service. Highly recommend Damien!

Went in to Lv Ion. Was greeted by SA Danny, was looking around to look at their jewellery. Beautiful as always. But indecisive of which to get but Danny was very patient in attending to me. I left without buying anything because everything was very pretty and really couldnt decide which to get. But i am very pleased with the service from Danny and will definitely be back to get the bracelet.

Staff at ION are uneducated & so sarcastic towards customer. Unwillingly to provides a proper after sales service. I am wondering why LV offers after sales service where else the staff is not helpful? They should not forget that I am a customer who purchase and give them sales. Yet, they act so arrogantly without knowing their position. It’s a bad experience. They give me the bad impression and bad reputation to LV brands.

My mum and I were assisted by Margarita & stylist Gordon (hope I got his name right!) few weeks back and today we were assisted by Mannde. Both times our experiences were wonderful ♥️ we didn’t have an appointment previously but today we did. All of them were bubbly and warm, making us feel right at home. They also went a long way to find us the bags that we had in mind and styled them for us ☺️ We will look for them whenever we come back in future! 💙 Thank you for assisting us 😊

A special shoutout to Denise, who truly made my visit extra special. She was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive to my needs throughout my time in the store. Denise took the time to understand my personal style and offered helpful suggestions that perfectly matched what I was looking for. Her eye for fashion and genuine interest in helping me feel confident in my choices made all the difference. I really appreciated how patient she was and how she made me feel comfortable asking questions and trying on different styles. The store itself was well-organized and had such a great selection of trendy yet timeless pieces. Overall, I left feeling very satisfied with my purchases and more confident in my style—thanks to Denise’s expert advice and kind support. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Made the worst mistake of not double checking after the staff at the cashier here. Asked for new piece of the set (top and skirt) but given both skirts. What's stupid was, I didn't even check. And already went back to my home country 😭 How am I supposed to wear it now? The customer service staff was actually friendly and responsive. I just regret that this happen. Can I do exchange in Love Bonito in home country? I still have the receipt. UPDATE: Ms. Jeney from the Customer Care has assisted a great deal. She helped me liaise with the retail store and help find a solution. Despite everything that happened, they have a great CS support team.
