Had a nice time trying on the clothes and the staff were all so warm and helpful. Special thanks to Sarah who painstakingly helped me remove the fuzz off 2 cardigans that were last piece on the rack. Made them look as good as brand new again!

Beautiful Muji store located at B4 level of Orchard Ion. The store has furniture, clothing, kitchenware, stationery and Japanese snacks. Muji offers delivery for furniture purchases. I bought a single bed frame from this store almost 5 years ago and it has held up well. Would recommend Muji for those looking for minimalist furniture and design.

Went to Muji Ion Orchard Store to look at their furnitures but was quite shocked to find two teenagers lying in the Muji bed as if it’s their own home. To make it worse, they were cuddling with each other and talking in Japanese rather loudly. However, at least they took off their shoes before going to bed. The staff did not do anything despite them being inside the bed for quite awhile.

On Saturday, April 12th, I bought a man shirt at Muji ION Orchard for my husband. After back to Jakarta I realized that the price tag was 28 SGD but the cashier counted twice to 56 SGD. Can I get the refund for this ? MUJI ION Orchard you can reach me privately.

A black shirt young lady trainee almost ruined our good impression of the Muji brand by her half-hearted assistance, despite our advice on what’s right customer service should be. Luckily, a team of 2 Malay young ladies trainee(s) / staff at the Cashier showed us what Muji service is all about by checking the stocks on the computer, Somerset store and showing us the pictures. The Muji ION management should reward these professional Malay young ladies and provide better training to the other staffs. This happened on Thursday, 24 April 2025 at 4 pm.

I was at Muji on 22/8 around 4pm. As usual, is a crowded outlet. I was looking for a L size singlet but could not find. I checked with Wei Min (Trainee on duty). He told me to give him some time as the cashier is busy. So I told him I will return after going to another shop . Upon returning to Muji, I went back to the rack to check for size L. After a while, Wei min (carrying lots of clothes) approached me to check whether I was the one looking for size L. I was impressed by him , he is a responsible staff to make sure customer need is met. He made an effort to remember me considering there are so many customers innthecshop. Thank you Wei Min. u can buy home appliances, fashion goods and many house hold products in one shop. i bought home use cushioned slippers a few times there because the normal supply have stop since the COVID 19+ 2. Apparently they supply better quality slipper. I will carry on buying home use slippers there until i have tips for better slipper elsewhere or the normal supply resumes. Nothing more than that...

Well maintained, wide collection of muji goods. Staff here are exceptional, especially Maria who patiently helped with a smile. Prices for certain items may be on the pricier side, but ultimately the quality is superb so it's worth the investment. ⭐Things I will recommend: -PAPER. Their paper is really high quality, smooth and perfect! Best used with their pens. I usually buy their pack of A4 grid / dotted / blank paper, as they come holed and I can easily file them. -NOTEBOOKS. really famous and great. they sell a pack of 5ish at around $2.50+-? really cheap and good quality. love how minimalist they are too. -PENS. Widely raved and I can see why. The pens are smooth and the body is sleek and good, making it easier for you to write long essays without feeling tired. I love their Blueblack color and usually buy the set of 10. (I think it's $10) -HIGHLIGHTERS. Highlighters that will actually highlight words and bring it out from the rest of the paragraph. I love the clickable ones, I think they're really fluorescent and high quality! -MANUAL PAPER SHREDDER. Really handy and just the right size! -BAGPACK. my trusty bag for a long time. I got mine in cream and will add the picture here. Lots of compartments(front, back, etc) and ways to use it! Really love it and will highly recommend. Noticed that they don't have a lot of Colors for this style in this store, 313's Muji has more. -SNACKS. love their snacks! love the healthy radish chips, and gummies. The gummies are 100% Real fruit, and super addictive. not too sweet. Anyway, hope you will enjoy your visit (:

a wide and spacious muji store that has a wide variety of items, ranging from stationery to clothing to food and more! this place is definitely that place to go for minimalistic and affordable items!
