An hour and 10 mins waiting time to change my ticket at the office. Is this a service? Most of counters are empty, whoever works takes so slow in doing their job, feels no Management to look over the officers.... I thought you are the best airlines... Clearly not.

Poor customer service. Had issue with billing while I had flight in cart checking out online. Called customer service while flight pending payment and they would not honor price even with submitted screen shots of price I was attempting to pay online in checkout. They asked their manager after about 30 minutes on the phone and said prices change. Price had raised 9,000 as was purchasing flights for 5pax. Not what someone would expect from supposedly a top airline!

Was there to seek clarifications on lounge access. Reception staff mentioned that we could get help via their video call stations. Reception staff was helpful as she assisted to ensure that the call was picked up. However, the staff on the line was unable to provide the answer but suggested that we seek help from the counter staff instead. Had to queue to get a queue number. Our queue number was called. Mr Fhariz Chomel assisted us with our queries. He was patient and made efforts to understand our questions. He also went the extra mile to provide additional information on the exact location of the lounge access. We appreciate his initiatives and being able to provide exceptional customer service.

You can’t get a KrisFlyer account. The site take you out of it, you make one again, it says you already have a KrisFlyer account so now you can never have a account because you don’t know your membership number. Why is it impossible to get a flying account?!? Now I can’t get any points for my upcoming flight. Fix your website. Qantas and British Airways have much better services. Here you can’t make a frequent flyer account. Rubbish. One star.

Today i got a call from agent Roel from singapore airlines and he sorted my mothers krys flyer login issue very swiftly. He was so calm and patient in assisting me. Truly world class service. Thanks again Roel, I am amazed to see how well simgapore airlines is managed and the level of customer service they provide.

Joanna was amazing and provided targeted assistance to resolve my Krisflyer issue. Prior to coming down, I had a frustrating exchange with the hotline people who did not understand cultural nuances and were not able to assist.

Although i am quite upsad about the phone answering services and the queue up for 40 numbers per day to get our request matter settle. But the SIA airline service showroom was indeed a well organised outlet to visit. I got my problem solved within 5mins after long queue to wait for my turn.

I really feel disappointed with disgusting behaviour service staff they have. Sitting beside me other customers have complained about the same behaviour. If you don’t have change booking service why you selection still have booking service for the option but unfortunately unable to provide it that solution your customer service team given me is cancel it. Customer service team isn’t responding because my booking force me only to cancel it. I feel really disappointed with disgusting once I received my complaint your service team don’t even care our situation at all. Good day & I won’t even recommend SIA anymore for so many years I been using it this is the best time finally other options for it.

Usually when people have to come down it means that their online service has already failed. So when customer come down to take Q number only to be told that customer service staff hands are tied something seems to be wrong. Tried to redeem miles and was told that they allow accurals of miles but only upon redemption will they block the account. PS : Kris flyer loyalty system has some big issue, mile always not awarded properly, multiple passengers in same booking, some awarded miles some not. sadly one should not expect a loyal program system to be accurate as it is not an accounting system nor bank grade application.

Whilst the booking process and the number of staff was fine. Staff knowledge was poor and the way they treat high value customers was insulting. Both my wife and I are Gold members flying 49-50 international sectors a year. Every change costs an unbelievable penalty even with flexible tickets. The only thing premium about Singapore airlines customer service is the price. They truly have lost touch with their customer service ethics. Get ready to lose 2 customers
