Itacho Suchi is good place for anything from basic sushi to more elaborate roll or dishes. udon soup a bit too salty. fried fish is good. Nice and efficient service. conveniently located on B3 of ION.

This is now my go to place for sushi/sashimi whenever I'm in town. They may be a chain sushi shop but this outlet at ION can offer premium produce like miru gai, awabi and many seasonal specialties but at a fraction of those pretentious omakase restaurants all over town. If you order the good stuff like Uni, O torro, miru gai etc it won't be cheap but still these same wonderful produce costs you like 1/3rd the price charged by those fancy pancy sushi rest helmed by Jap chefs. Excellent service always by Mgr, Xiao Yun and colleagues.

A short wait for dinner hours, but they served relatively quick. Quality was much better than other sushi chains. Prices were still reasonable. Everything was good besides the scallop baked rice which felt too cloying.

Been here a few times. I love itacho's wide variety menu. Definitely can find something that you feel like eating. Sushi to rolls to rice to noodles to side dishes. They have everything. Sushi is rather pricey so I usually order the full roll.

Not new to this restaurant, and the reviews get updated based on how the most recent visit went. On this particular visit, the service seems to have improved. Daisy, who seems to always be there when we visit, was super nice as usual. She even asked if i wanted a non-alcoholic welcome drink as i have a broken finger. And even took the effort to help me check if an item on the menu had onions inside. 🥲 The only problem this time was a small piece of paper that i found mixed in with the rice when i removed the lid. They did replace the dish... but sadly, the perfect egg that came with the first gyudon was replaced by a more cooked one along with the replacement.

Nice food and service staff! Served with complimentary cocktails! Beef and pork were great for the price paid! Ordered some of their 'must-try' items especially the wagyu sushi! We had our stomach filled with a damage of only $100+! Will definitely come back for more!

We always return for mt fuji wagyu nabe, love the soup the bean sprout and the beef! We also like their namban chicken, yakitori and beef and salmon carpaccio. Once seated the server will offer welcome drink, a cocktail with/without sake. It is a restaurant serving good japanese beef with a reasonable price at Ion.

The wagyu beef Don is superb. The Mt Fuji hot pot well worth it with nice presentation. Just a lot of tau gay inside. The amount of beef and the beef slices are actually very good. But the soup is not really Japanese flavour. It’s just tasty. And too much tau gay taste in the end. I think if they offer sukiyaki version it will be perfect for me.
