There must be a reason why hand pressed sushi is more expensive but still hold its customers. So with this in mind I tried the sushi at itacho. I must say that hand pressed sushi made the rice and fish taste like a unified experience. The rice is soft and the fish coats it in the mouth. Have to control not to eat too many.

Been here a few times. I love itacho's wide variety menu. Definitely can find something that you feel like eating. Sushi to rolls to rice to noodles to side dishes. They have everything. Sushi is rather pricey so I usually order the full roll.

Itacho Suchi is good place for anything from basic sushi to more elaborate roll or dishes. udon soup a bit too salty. fried fish is good. Nice and efficient service. conveniently located on B3 of ION.

A short wait for dinner hours, but they served relatively quick. Quality was much better than other sushi chains. Prices were still reasonable. Everything was good besides the scallop baked rice which felt too cloying.

Love the variety of sushi and dishes. Affordable and tasty, really loved the soft shell crab avo roll!

Food was good. We came here for Mt Fuji HotPot. The broth was light and tasty. Soy butter french fries is nice! Cold sesame noodles had some mala taste and was refreshing. Overall, recommended to eat here! Prices are not too expensive as well.

Nice food and service staff! Served with complimentary cocktails! Beef and pork were great for the price paid! Ordered some of their 'must-try' items especially the wagyu sushi! We had our stomach filled with a damage of only $100+! Will definitely come back for more!

We always return for mt fuji wagyu nabe, love the soup the bean sprout and the beef! We also like their namban chicken, yakitori and beef and salmon carpaccio. Once seated the server will offer welcome drink, a cocktail with/without sake. It is a restaurant serving good japanese beef with a reasonable price at Ion.
