Visited the Ion outlet for a hair analysis. Queenie was very helpful and recommended a few products to address my concerns. She also gave me some samples to try before buying.

8th Jan 2025 Visited Ion branch for the first time today and was served by Nicky. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and he is helpful in giving suggestions and advices as well. I really like his positive and cheerful disposition. Please send my compliments to him. I've been buying adidas products all my life but my luck with the products at this store has not been good. Bought a pair of sneakers from them and the sole on one of them was uneven. Had to exchange them but they wouldn't offer me a refund or even a voucher. I had to exchange it for another product at the same store. They don't have a huge selection so I ended up paying the difference for an even more expensive ultraboost shoe. 4 months in and I can already see a hole forming in one of the shoes. They refused exchange because I've already exchanged once. I understand where the staff is coming from and it is completely reasonable on their part to assume that I'm trying to exploit the store policy but I am more concerned about the quality of proucts in this particular store. Even bought 3 pairs of socks and their elastic around the ankle is much looser than the same product I bought from the official adidas store in Shopee.

I love their products, but the customer service varies considerably. On one occasion I was really satisfied with my purchase because the staff was patient, cheerful, helpful, and able to advise me accordingly. On another occasion, the staff who served me had a poker face, looks uninterested, maybe he doesn’t not know the product well and when asked for him, he behaved as if he couldn't wait for his shift to be over.

Adidas shop at B4 floor of ION. Easy access via MRT Orchard. The shop carries clothing items, shoes, and more. I needed a long exercise pants, and I was able to choose from about 10 different types. Great selection, I must admit. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, which is important at this time of phase 2.

One of the lousiest Adidas store i have ever been to. Not only do they not sell the gift vouchers, but the service has always been bad here....... Would recommend just heading to the flagship store a mrt station down instead of bothering with this one.
