Visited the Ion outlet for a hair analysis. Queenie was very helpful and recommended a few products to address my concerns. She also gave me some samples to try before buying.

Visited the ion boutique to purchase Almond supple skill oil. I was received by Miss Queenie - beauty advisor with a warn greetings and sweet smile. She does not hesitate to introduce products entitled to 15% discount and explain with clarify on product ingredients and proper usage. She warmly invited me to sit with a hands on testing on the skin care products. serum, oil and moisture - her well-versed knowledge on products and allows me to try out on the products physically. Can't denied the products quality is good and suitable for me. There's no hard selling nor persuading circumstances which makes me feel very comfortable. Ultimately i had purchased the skin care products that's suitable for me with attractive discounts . Miss Queenie tender care service by sending msg to check and ensure I am able to use the products correctly. The extra miles of her excellence service deserve my applause with appreciations. Very friendly staff, and I felt very welcome. Service is very good. Walked past this shop while browsing and saw they had a complimentary hair diagnosis and were providing free samples for this. Amy was very friendly, and provided exceptional service whilst treating me to a full hair analysis and identified my hair issue. Also, she introduced a few of the signature products from L'occitane to me, I will be sure to give them a try. I will be taking home the samples and hopefully it will solve my issues. Overall, it's been a very pleasant experience at this shop. Definitely didn't expect this. Well done Team L'occitane!

Dear adidas Team, I would like to take a moment to sincerely commend one of your staff members, Ko, at your ION Orchard store. Ko went above and beyond in assisting me during my recent visit. I was looking for clothes for my father and, even though he wasn’t there in person, Ko patiently listened to my descriptions and preferences and helped me pick out the most suitable items. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. Her warmth and willingness to help truly made a difference, and I’m very grateful for the care and effort she put into making sure I left with something my father would love. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Ko for her excellent support. She is a great example of what customer care should be🩷🩷🩷

One of the lousiest Adidas store i have ever been to. Not only do they not sell the gift vouchers, but the service has always been bad here....... Would recommend just heading to the flagship store a mrt station down instead of bothering with this one.

Big store, have many collections, running, golf, football, casual. And if you sign up adiclub member there always disc vouchers every purchase or you can redeem point to vouchers.

I love their products, but the customer service varies considerably. On one occasion I was really satisfied with my purchase because the staff was patient, cheerful, helpful, and able to advise me accordingly. On another occasion, the staff who served me had a poker face, looks uninterested, maybe he doesn’t not know the product well and when asked for him, he behaved as if he couldn't wait for his shift to be over.
