I'm outraged that you are selling see through shirts for FEMALES and making me jump through hoops to return them. Non breatheable fabric too. Feels cheap. I'm expected to visit a post office or a store! I have been an adidas user for twenty years and these are low quality, useless for a female. Refund asap and collect it yourself.

I've been buying adidas products all my life but my luck with the products at this store has not been good. Bought a pair of sneakers from them and the sole on one of them was uneven. Had to exchange them but they wouldn't offer me a refund or even a voucher. I had to exchange it for another product at the same store. They don't have a huge selection so I ended up paying the difference for an even more expensive ultraboost shoe. 4 months in and I can already see a hole forming in one of the shoes. They refused exchange because I've already exchanged once. I understand where the staff is coming from and it is completely reasonable on their part to assume that I'm trying to exploit the store policy but I am more concerned about the quality of proucts in this particular store. Even bought 3 pairs of socks and their elastic around the ankle is much looser than the same product I bought from the official adidas store in Shopee.

I love their products, but the customer service varies considerably. On one occasion I was really satisfied with my purchase because the staff was patient, cheerful, helpful, and able to advise me accordingly. On another occasion, the staff who served me had a poker face, looks uninterested, maybe he doesn’t not know the product well and when asked for him, he behaved as if he couldn't wait for his shift to be over.

One of the lousiest Adidas store i have ever been to. Not only do they not sell the gift vouchers, but the service has always been bad here....... Would recommend just heading to the flagship store a mrt station down instead of bothering with this one.

Big store, have many collections, running, golf, football, casual. And if you sign up adiclub member there always disc vouchers every purchase or you can redeem point to vouchers.

Dear adidas Team, I would like to take a moment to sincerely commend one of your staff members, Ko, at your ION Orchard store. Ko went above and beyond in assisting me during my recent visit. I was looking for clothes for my father and, even though he wasn’t there in person, Ko patiently listened to my descriptions and preferences and helped me pick out the most suitable items. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. Her warmth and willingness to help truly made a difference, and I’m very grateful for the care and effort she put into making sure I left with something my father would love. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Ko for her excellent support. She is a great example of what customer care should be🩷🩷🩷

Quite a large store. Staff is ok. No complaints. There is not a lot of people when I was there. The products are nicely laid out and quite easy to navigate. Prices are high but not sure if it’s just here or throughout Singapore.

From the moment I walked in, they were attentive and eager to help, making the entire experience enjoyable and comfortable. What really impressed me was how genuine and proactive they were in assisting me. They patiently answered my questions, offered helpful recommendations, and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find such dedicated staff who go out of their way to ensure that shoppers feel at ease. They made the store feel like a welcoming space, where I could shop without any pressure and with full support. Nowadays, finding a high level of customer service like this is uncommon, so it was refreshing to experience. Kudos to Ming Han, Peter, and Siti for making my visit truly memorable and making me feel at home. I look forward to returning for more shopping, knowing I’ll be in such capable hands.
