I would like to take a moment to sincerely commend one of your staff members, Ko, at your ION Orchard store.
Ko went above and beyond in assisting me during my recent visit. I was looking for clothes for my father and, even though he wasn’t there in person, Ko patiently listened to my descriptions and preferences and helped me pick out the most suitable items. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process.
Her warmth and willingness to help truly made a difference, and I’m very grateful for the care and effort she put into making sure I left with something my father would love. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Ko for her excellent support. She is a great example of what customer care should be🩷🩷🩷

I'm outraged that you are selling see through shirts for FEMALES and making me jump through hoops to return them. Non breatheable fabric too. Feels cheap.
I'm expected to visit a post office or a store!
I have been an adidas user for twenty years and these are low quality, useless for a female. Refund asap and collect it yourself.

Quite a large store. Staff is ok. No complaints. There is not a lot of people when I was there. The products are nicely laid out and quite easy to navigate.
Prices are high but not sure if it’s just here or throughout Singapore.

“I recently had a fantastic shopping experience at the Adidas store, thanks to the incredible team there. Ming Han, Peter, and Siti truly stood out with their warm and friendly service. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive and eager to help, making the entire experience enjoyable and comfortable.
What really impressed me was how genuine and proactive they were in assisting me. They patiently answered my questions, offered helpful recommendations, and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find such dedicated staff who go out of their way to ensure that shoppers feel at ease. They made the store feel like a welcoming space, where I could shop without any pressure and with full support.
Nowadays, finding a high level of customer service like this is uncommon, so it was refreshing to experience. Adidas shop at B4 floor of ION. Easy access via MRT Orchard.
The shop carries clothing items, shoes, and more. I needed a long exercise pants, and I was able to choose from about 10 different types. Great selection, I must admit.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, which is important at this time of phase 2.

Had a great experience at the Adidas store. DIdn't have plans to buy cos was just hunting and considering a few brands but Shi Ying was very patient and knowledgeable and recommended me shoes that fits my expectations. Best part it, didn't feel any pressure to buy.. it's just all round exceptional service. I ended up buying a pair which turns out to be perfect for me.
