A nice cosy escape for a decent brewed cuppa tea Amidst the hustle of B4 Ion Orchard. The staff are nice and friendly, they have a courtesy 45min dining notice although it's not enforced if there is no line for dine in. It's comfortable with 2 sets of 4 seats and a "bar" seating 2. Most teas are fresh brewed and they keep the place nice and clean. Interesting selection of cold brew introduced although the tea equipment is a tad pricey.

The store sells a variety of their products and you can also have some of their teas as well as their concocted drinks in-store. The Kowloon tea latte was excellent — it is really reminiscent of the classic milk teas, but with a more robust tea flavor. The Yuan Yang was also good — it had a good balance of tea and coffee with a slight stronger tea flavor. There is also a variety of herbal teas, with various herb mixes depending on your preference. The one like Healing Garden was enjoyable.

Local Singapore tea brand. We wanted to buy some local souvenirs and loved the teas we discovered at this store. The range carried at Singapore Changi airport is much more limited, so we enjoyed this larger range at this ION store. The store not only carries an extensive range, but is also manned by very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We enjoyed learning more about the origins of the teas and the recommended brewing times to suit our individual preferences from Leroy. They also have a nice tea bar and some seating for in-house consumption. We totally enjoyed trying out some of their teas, and especially their anti-stress tea (served hot only). We loved how passionate and friendly their tea barista is, mixing and serving up the teas with a friendly chat and a smile. A peaceful, restful sanctuary in the midst of bustling Orchard Road. Our original intention was to taste-test their tea range at the tea bar before buying, but ended up enjoying the whole experience.

Immensely disappointed in this store. Ordered grab food order and waited for around 30 minutes all along it mentioned the order was being prepared. However when the delivery rider reached the store, turns out the store was already closed. Not sure why they put the store as still open and that they accepted my order. Wanted to go to their physical store to try their food previously. After this experience not gonna even bother anymore.

Love this newly renovated space which is super cosy! The matcha affogato was an absolute hit because it was two of my favourite flavours combined. The matcha shot was super rich and earthy, and paired well with the intense and nutty the pistachio gelato. Their Matcha latte is really very good although ice melted but the taste of Matcha still good and not too milky . Matcha tea puff also nice not too sweet. Good sitting area a very comfortable environment after renovation. They also got tea testing but not all the tea . Is depending what tea they brew on the day.

Honestly quite a nice spot to just sit and chill. Assuming you can get a seat. There are only 6 small tables. Maybe about 25 pax would be the max this place can sit. Also a little pricy but its in Ion, kinda have to give them a pass for the location. They have free samples of their teas too! So at the very least you can drop by to try

On January 15, 2025, I visited and tried a cold brew Earl Grey tea. It was delightful. The establishment has a rich history and offers an impressive selection of classical teas, including Darjeeling. I found a seat and spent a pleasant 30 minutes enjoying my drink while chatting with the waiter, who was both knowledgeable and friendly. It was a relaxing experience, and I look forward to returning more often to unwind over a good cup of tea. Many young people were also there, savoring the unique brews. Looking back to 2019, I recall the excellent selection of teas and the inviting ambience. However, I was unable to find a seat then, so I missed the chance to try the tea. Now, with seating available and the same welcoming atmosphere, the experience has truly lived up to its potential.

Lovely place to chill and have a cup of iced tea latte. I tried the Kyoto Hojicha latte and it was refreshing and tasty as well. Although the tea taste is not super aromatic, I still enjoyed it nonetheless. The modern, chic interior of the cafe makes it a great place to look around or rest after walking around the mall.
