Was browsing in the store and the staff named KO greeted me with a warm welcome by the time I entered the store. Staff were knowledgeable and able to provide good shopping experience.

Adidas shop at B4 floor of ION. Easy access via MRT Orchard. The shop carries clothing items, shoes, and more. I needed a long exercise pants, and I was able to choose from about 10 different types. Great selection, I must admit. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, which is important at this time of phase 2.

2 male staff were chatting among themselves and didn’t bother to assist me when I needed to try a pair of shoe. I had to interrupt their conversation.

Had a great experience at the Adidas store. DIdn't have plans to buy cos was just hunting and considering a few brands but Shi Ying was very patient and knowledgeable and recommended me shoes that fits my expectations. Best part it, didn't feel any pressure to buy.. it's just all round exceptional service. I ended up buying a pair which turns out to be perfect for me.

I bought a jogging pants and three months ago. And after 4 times Landry, line sticker of jogging pants came off.

Had a great shopping experience at Ion Orchard and thanks to Jolinna for her great customer service! Would definitely visit the store again!!

I've been buying adidas products all my life but my luck with the products at this store has not been good. Bought a pair of sneakers from them and the sole on one of them was uneven. Had to exchange them but they wouldn't offer me a refund or even a voucher. I had to exchange it for another product at the same store. They don't have a huge selection so I ended up paying the difference for an even more expensive ultraboost shoe. 4 months in and I can already see a hole forming in one of the shoes. They refused exchange because I've already exchanged once. I understand where the staff is coming from and it is completely reasonable on their part to assume that I'm trying to exploit the store policy but I am more concerned about the quality of proucts in this particular store. Even bought 3 pairs of socks and their elastic around the ankle is much looser than the same product I bought from the official adidas store in Shopee.

I love their products, but the customer service varies considerably. On one occasion I was really satisfied with my purchase because the staff was patient, cheerful, helpful, and able to advise me accordingly. On another occasion, the staff who served me had a poker face, looks uninterested, maybe he doesn’t not know the product well and when asked for him, he behaved as if he couldn't wait for his shift to be over.

One of the lousiest Adidas store i have ever been to. Not only do they not sell the gift vouchers, but the service has always been bad here....... Would recommend just heading to the flagship store a mrt station down instead of bothering with this one.

Quite a large store. Staff is ok. No complaints. There is not a lot of people when I was there. The products are nicely laid out and quite easy to navigate. Prices are high but not sure if it’s just here or throughout Singapore.
