my egg is came from another dimension, not cooked properly, not peeled properly, the beef ramen my mom ordered was super salty and oily

It’s been years since I last visited this place, but the dry truffle ramen still delivers. The ramen itself is on the more Al dente side, meaning it’s harder, but it’s still acceptable even for someone like me who prefers soft noodles. I ordered their promo set $13.90 ramen + $2 side. It seems from the other reviews this mean the ramen is smaller portion, but to me it was more than enough!

Have tried this ramen restaurant before at other branch, and the taste was quite good. The black garlic was just as delicious as the spicy one. However, the ramen doesn’t come with an egg, so you have to add it separately. The only downside is that the soup isn’t hot enough, which makes the ramen less enjoyable. On the positive side, we can customize the doneness of the noodles. The egg is actually worth to try, taste quite good

I tried the truffle dry ramen many years ago and to be honest I can't remember the taste. This time I'm going for the black garlic ramen and it was alright. The black garlic didn't really add much complexity to the taste but the portion was okay for the price and the noodle texture was just as I ordered (hard).

I ordered a dry signature truffle ramen - it’s a small portion, and it tasted refreshing and a little more on the salty side. The noodles are chewy and the charsiu is alright. Not bad

Revisited on a weekday night, ordered black garlic ramen and truffle broth ramen. Chashu wasn’t as soft as the first time but the soup and ramen were good. Doesn’t seem to have any new sided dishes, so cannot comment on that. First time trying the food here. The soup ramen were good but what was really exceptional was the truffle ' upgrade'. It really lifted the taste of the food, such as the soup and the edamame. The Nagoya-style fried chicken wings were really scrumptious. Service was prompt and polite though it can get crowded during meal times on the weekends.

Second time to ion outlet, Camy and Shirley friendly and nice service, the astomphere is relaxing and comfortable which is what i like. Good retention for my natural nails too. Will definitely coming back here.

Shirley provided one of the best nails service that I have ever experienced! She’s highly skilled and professional in her craft (art design) and it clearly shows in her work. She prioritises client satisfaction and makes sure that we - her clients leaves the shop happy and proud. Kudos to you Shirley and the team at Picota Nail Ion! Super regret signing up for package here… thought the service was ok and of value and relented to their sweet talk after first visit at this ion branch.. a month plus later, after removing the nail polish at another of their branches, my toenails were revealed to be dry and damaged. Their regular base coat must be of inferior quality as I have never encountered this situation after pedicure at other established places.

Zhen is amazing! Super sweet and really knows what she’s doing. She took her time with my nails and made sure everything looked perfect. I showed her a design I liked and she nailed it (pun intended!). I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again. Highly recommend!
