DO NOT COME HERE. The prices are not too bad normally, however the staff pressure you into accepting all these extra things. They made us get a salt scrub, bath bomb and extra shiny fast dry nail polish. While this does not seem like alot when you are sitting in the chair accepting to the fees, our payment which was supposed to be $280 ended up as $540. It was atrocious. This os because each of the extras they make sound really cheap like $36 but they forget to mention that is the price for just one set of nails so you most likely will end up paying for your hands and toes. It is a scam. fidget

SCAM CITY. Absolutely poor service. They're rude and would take any opportunity to short-change you, even on the Fave voucher. I did a gel Mani pedi - there were empty spaces and uneven layers. I was told to come back in 3 weeks time to remove it (I confirmed the exact cut off date with the nail tech) but when I came back, they told me that I was 1 day late and refused to remove it until I kicked up a fuss. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them!

Second time to ion outlet, Camy and Shirley friendly and nice service, the astomphere is relaxing and comfortable which is what i like. Good retention for my natural nails too. Will definitely coming back here.

SCAM 🚨‼️ We came to just do a classic manicure and pedicure, they told us it would be $68 for manicure and $78 for pedicure. Unfortunately I wasn’t thinking right because already those prices alone was a lot compared to other places. Throughout the service the staff kept pressuring us to add on more services and we denied multiple times. But later caved in because they said we need the callus treatment, even though we probably didn’t. They ended up charging us for a bath bomb and soak or I don’t even know what it was, but they hide many hidden charges and the bill ended up being $404 just for 2 classic manicures and 2 classic pedicures. Not even gel! We were shocked when we saw the bill. Don’t come here, definitely WILL NOT come back.

I had a great experience at this nail salon! The service was amazing, and I’m really happy with how my nails turned out. Zhen, the staff member who took care of me, was fantastic. She was super friendly, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely coming back!

Zhen is amazing! Super sweet and really knows what she’s doing. She took her time with my nails and made sure everything looked perfect. I showed her a design I liked and she nailed it (pun intended!). I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again. Highly recommend!

Super regret signing up for package here… thought the service was ok and of value and relented to their sweet talk after first visit at this ion branch.. a month plus later, after removing the nail polish at another of their branches, my toenails were revealed to be dry and damaged. Their regular base coat must be of inferior quality as I have never encountered this situation after pedicure at other established places.
