I came here on a Saturday morning and the lineup was long but the good thing is that it goes by pretty quick. Had the regular Kaya toast meal and totally didn’t disappoint. Next time I go I will check out the steamed version!!!!

Gave the kaya pandan muffin at Ya Kun a try. It was a little too sweet for my taste and I wished it had a stronger pandan and kaya aroma.

Must try while in Singapore, traditional breakfast with kaya toast and steamed eggs , and super yummy coffee with condensed milk.

Yakun has always been my favorite for kopi and their toast. However, I recently noticed that the quality of the toast has dropped, as it was prepared by a different staff member. The toast was soggy and unpleasant to eat. As you can see, I only ate the sides, which were a bit crispier. This was a total letdown; I should have gone to Toastbox instead.

Got the traditional kaya toast set. Kopi was just ok. Had better kopi at other places. I don't like runny eggs. Plastic individual soy sauce and pepper for dine in option. It's not worth the price.

Good iced coffee. Decent Kaya toast. Check box (Kaya toast). Checked ✔️ It's food court adjacent location. So expect food level ambience, service and food quality. The store has seating too but it was full. But plenty seating outside the store in the actual food court. No sweat.

You can always find a seat at the toast box at Ion. You can walk through toastbox and sit anywhere in the food court too. The quality of the drinks here is always a go to for a tea or a chat with friends. Never disappoints. For $5.50, I had two curry puff and one iced honey lemon 🍋

I used to love the kopi at Toast Box but after going vegan I stopped visiting. Recently, when I took a friend there, I was pleasantly surprised to find they now offer an oat milk kopi option. I was thrilled to try it and it tasted amazing! Definitely give it a go if you’re there. If you’re not vegan and like sweet stuff, definitely try the Kaya Toast too. Best toast in Singapore.
