Toast box, do you srsly think it's acceptable for ALL your takeaway cups to constantly be leaking to this extent and scalding us??? Almost $3 and yet you cant even R&D a decent, spill-free packaging. I would rather you give us the kopitiam style plastic bag pls

Bought salted egg pastries take away. Throw in a box already in display. Service fussed because I asked them to put a paper under the pastries. As if they were a give away!!! Customer service please!!!

Got the traditional kaya toast set. Kopi was just ok. Had better kopi at other places. I don't like runny eggs. Plastic individual soy sauce and pepper for dine in option. It's not worth the price.

Staff do not know what they are doing. Wanted to earn ion points, 2 male staff told me cannot, but Toast Box is written in the Ionl Orchard's list. I had to wait for awhile while they check with their colleague over the phone. After checking, they told me that it is possible to earn the points. Therefore, I went ahead with my purchase. However, after making the purchase, there is no points earned at all. Lousy staff who do not know their job!

Good iced coffee. Decent Kaya toast. Check box (Kaya toast). Checked ✔️ It's food court adjacent location. So expect food level ambience, service and food quality. The store has seating too but it was full. But plenty seating outside the store in the actual food court. No sweat.

If you're new, the food ordering system and menu might take some getting used to. However, the dishes are priced fair, taste great, and come in good portions. The coffee and tea are good too, so I'd recommend getting one along with your food. Come here if you're looking for some local food without frills that makes you full and happy. Highly recommended :)

I used to love the kopi at Toast Box but after going vegan I stopped visiting. Recently, when I took a friend there, I was pleasantly surprised to find they now offer an oat milk kopi option. I was thrilled to try it and it tasted amazing! Definitely give it a go if you’re there. If you’re not vegan and like sweet stuff, definitely try the Kaya Toast too. Best toast in Singapore.
