So disappointed with the service I received on 21 Aug at Jewel outlet at around 830pm . We were served by one Chinese and Indian staff. Your Indian staff’s attitude was really bad . When your Chinese didn’t make the coffee properly , your Indian staff trying to close the cover, and said in a bad way: is like that lah! The first cup they made didn’t close the cover. We didn’t receive any simple “sorry” but the bad attitude .

Very friendly staff, and I felt very welcome. Service is very good. Walked past this shop while browsing and saw they had a complimentary hair diagnosis and were providing free samples for this. Amy was very friendly, and provided exceptional service whilst treating me to a full hair analysis and identified my hair issue. Also, she introduced a few of the signature products from L'occitane to me, I will be sure to give them a try. I will be taking home the samples and hopefully it will solve my issues. Overall, it's been a very pleasant experience at this shop. Definitely didn't expect this. Well done Team L'occitane!

I was served by Laura at the Ion branch and I like how approachable she is, yet not pressurising service. Overall it was a light hearted shopping experience with casual chit chat while getting my repeated purchases! Thank you Laura!

Had a hair diagnosis session with Cera. She was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining my hair conditions. No hard selling but instead I was given some samples to try out. Thank you, Cera!

I went to Ion outlet to collect my hair samples, Amanda was very attentive, asked what is my hair's concern and did a hair scan for me, explaining the products and asking me to sample all their body series like scrub, oil and moisture too. She explained to me why she selected this shampoo sample for me, the ingredients used as well. Very patient and friendly 🙏🏻 despite I never purchase any item from the shop. If I will to purchase items from L'occitane, I will get it from Amanda. Keep up the good work! 💪 Thank u!

Very warm and friendly staff! I was there for a scalp analysis in addition to topping up my usual purchases, and Amy who attended to me, was knowledgeable and recommended me products that were well suited for my current needs. It was a pleasant experience!

Amy has been so attentive and informative and has broadened my understanding of haircare :)

8th Jan 2025 Visited Ion branch for the first time today and was served by Nicky. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and he is helpful in giving suggestions and advices as well. I really like his positive and cheerful disposition. Please send my compliments to him.
