Walked past this shop while browsing and saw they had a complimentary hair diagnosis and were providing free samples for this.
Amy was very friendly, and provided exceptional service whilst treating me to a full hair analysis and identified my hair issue. Also, she introduced a few of the signature products from L'occitane to me,
I will be sure to give them a try.
I will be taking home the samples and hopefully it will solve my issues. Overall, it's been a very pleasant experience at this shop.
Definitely didn't expect this.

She does not hesitate to introduce products entitled to 15% discount and explain with clarify on product ingredients and proper usage. She warmly invited me to sit with a hands on testing on the skin care products. serum, oil and moisture - her well-versed knowledge on products and allows me to try out on the products physically. Can't denied the products quality is good and suitable for me. There's no hard selling nor persuading circumstances which makes me feel very comfortable. Ultimately i had purchased the skin care products that's suitable for me with attractive discounts . Miss Queenie tender care service by sending msg to check and ensure I am able to use the products correctly. The extra miles of her excellence service deserve my applause with appreciations.
