very wide product range collection.big retail space. staff really helpful! help me to decide about sizing, colour and model. good product knowledge also! quite much bigger than other lululemon outlet in sg i think. definitely will come back again next time!

Purchased their bag for $238 yesterday which is not cheap. after using for one day found out later that the bag have stains, tried spot cleaning but not working. Came back the next day and they said its wear and tear and nothing can be done about it. Staff bot helping, Worst after sales service experience

Was served by Matthew and was impressed with his exceptional service and friendly demeanour. He was highly approachable and knowledgeable about the products. He also had a high attention to detail - spotted marks on the sale item I wanted to pay, and offered to change it to another new piece for me. Will definitely be back due to the top notch service!

Love their quality of activewear and now going out clothes! Fantastic quality albeit on the pricier side, pieces purchased years ago still maintains their elasticity and feels like butter. Definitely worth the investment. Had issues with my online account previously and visited the help desk a few times and the staff before were not very helpful and didn’t answer my questions well, and hence I stopped visiting the chain shortly after. Recently met staff Bobo and her infectious energy and enthusiasm definitely stood out and was so memorable. She helped me with my questions despite after her staff hours and was very clear and helpful with answering my questions! Fantastic service.

Lululemon has such a variety of designs, and some fit me perfectly. The material feels good quality, and it’s easy to find something that suits me. The staff are always attentive, friendly, and helpful with recommendations, and their prompt assistance makes the experience even better.

my friend and i just left the store 15 mins ago and i don’t think this review can wait any longer. we would like to commend Sree on her amazing service. she helped us find the perfect gifts for our friend and was super patient with our requests. she was also cool and we felt like we could ask any questions at all without being judged. she was so nice which made our entire experience at lululemon ion enjoyable. she helped us pack the items and gave us some time to write something on the card as well thanks babes for helping another us out!!! ☺️🤍

Shout out to the team on the floor today at ION (08 June 25) especially the pair of staffs at the fitting room, everyone whom I had talked to were ever so open and helpful, going one step further to introduce/ recommend, helpful with sizing questions and definitely didn’t make any of the questions I asked seem silly as well. I hope my purchase gets delivered ok.
