During the newly opening period or maybe first day opening. Was passing by at around 8+pm. Wanted to go in & have a quick tour around.
Simply cannot understand such a simple request can be stopped by the staff & kept on asking their manager for 3 times whether to allow me to go in & have a quick look.
Among all outlets that went to. This is the worst & unfriendly of lululemon that never come across. Anyway at this spot, it had changed at least 2 hands - Zara & Editor Market 🤷♀️

Despite the fact that there are 10 staff running around acting friendly, none of them knew anything about the products or how to help the staff. No one could remember the customer support email for me to send an email to try to redeem my birthday voucher. Bizarre makes me not want to buy from lululemon again.

I regret to share that my recent experience at this store was disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and lacked empathy. I purchased a T-shirt just a week ago, only to find it had a hole upon arrival. Instead of addressing the issue, I was informed it was my fault and advised to repair it at my own expense. As a long-time Lululemon customer, this incident has left me frustrated with both the service and product quality, prompting me to reconsider future purchases from the brand.

I would not recommend takashimaya outlet. The services are not as helpful and take extra miles like other outlets at vivo, raffles city and jem. I have highlighted to them the pants are not in correct length and perhaps mismatched of labels. Do look into it. Fyi: i already had one current pair which i thought of getting extra pair. I even worn and showed them visually. Still insisted not mismatched.
I really doubt the service excellence in takashimaya outlet.

Mmm…. Very in convenient for only set 5 pcs for fitting room. The shop has more variety vs other branches BUT this action is like asking customer dun buy more. Very confuse direction. Maybe the management need to think a better way to handle this. Maybe can control the traffic of customer entering the shop. This can solve the fitting room issue.

She approached me, introduced herself, got my name, and patiently asked what kind of workouts I do; and made recommendations.
Sportswear, casual wear as well!
I went very early, when they just opened. Fitting room was just 2-3 customers, so I was able to try on sizes without pressure.
Jel checked in to make sure I was ok, very prompt in getting more sizes and colours.

I normally dislike sales people coming up to me unwarranted while I’m looking around in a shop, but my experience in this Lululemon was an exception. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and I actually had a lovely time chatting with them as they answered my questions, gave me recommendations and ushered me into the changing rooms (where they even write your name on the outside). They also made the process of returning my pre-owned Lululemon bag smooth, and told me that I could exchange the bag for a new item if I didn’t want a refund.
The changing rooms are really spacious too — as someone who usually carries around a bunch of accessories, I really liked the shelf and stools and various hooks and bars to put items 😊 I’ve found that a lot of changing rooms only have some hooks or one / no stools.
The piece of clothing I ended up picking out was pricey, but it was very comfortable and flattering — looking forward to wearing it!

Had a really lovely experience with Winona at Lululemon Takashimaya. She gave off warm, genuine energy and went above and beyond in the most thoughtful way. I hadn’t even noticed nor checked a small stain on the last pair of shorts I was purchasing, but she spotted it herself and insisted on cleaning it up for me before finalising the sale.
It’s such a rare level of care these days, and it really shows how attentive and sincere she is with customers. Thank you, Winona, for making the experience feel so personal and genuine! Good job and keep it up.
