Lululemon has such a variety of designs, and some fit me perfectly. The material feels good quality, and it’s easy to find something that suits me. The staff are always attentive, friendly, and helpful with recommendations, and their prompt assistance makes the experience even better.

The inventory here is bigger compared to the other branches I visited. You have the women section on the right and the men on the left. Check out a few items and I have to admit the price points is on the high side.

Mmm…. Very in convenient for only set 5 pcs for fitting room. The shop has more variety vs other branches BUT this action is like asking customer dun buy more. Very confuse direction. Maybe the management need to think a better way to handle this. Maybe can control the traffic of customer entering the shop. This can solve the fitting room issue.

Rude staff with bad customer service. I had a very pleasant experience at the VivoCity outlet, however my size wasn’t available there, hence I came here to look for it. Most staff standing around the store aren’t helpful unless you really show them you want to buy something, and aren’t friendly either, walking around with such a long face even when they glance at you, not even a hi welcome. Very disappointed in the service at this outlet. What’s the point in writing my name down at the fitting room if you’re going to spell it wrong 3 times 🤣 I find it very redundant

The store's failure to provide me with the bank receipt has resulted in my inability to obtain a refund for the product I purchased exactly one day before. When I made the purchase the previous day, I was explicitly told that all receipts had been emailed to me. At no point was I informed that I needed to specifically request a bank receipt for the transaction to be considered refundable. This lack of clear communication and proper documentation is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary inconvenience. Furthermore, when I raised this issue with the manager, I was told that it was impossible to process a refund because all their bank transactions for the previous day had been "settled," and therefore they could not print the receipt. This explanation is unsatisfactory and reflects poorly on the store’s refund policies and customer service. It is unreasonable to deny a refund based on their staff's negligence of providing all necessary documentation to their customers. This feels like a deception because any in-store purchases are basically only exchangeable. Their online policy clearly states that all instore purchases can be refunded within 30 days. I've been a loyal customer of lululemon and definitely expected more.

Had an extremely unpleasant experience when we tried returning a pair of pants to this store, which came with a small hole that was only discovered a few weeks later. The rude sales lady had the cheek to reply “Lululemon is not bulletproof ya” when we tried to reason with her this was a product quality issue not caused by us. I thought it this was a premium brand that offered warranty on their products but I was mistaken. Extremely disappointed with the service and attitude, not worth the premium pricing at all.

Used to be fun shopping here with attentive and friendly educators. Lately it’s just bad to say the least, the store is crowded but that doesn’t mean you can pretend i’m invisible when we have made eye contact. There’s a clear barrier for queueing at the fitting rooms but today the educator there allowed people behind me that weren’t queueing to go ahead before me as if I wasn’t waiting at where the barrier was. When I told her she said “next time I will ask them to queue” isn’t it your job as the educator to keep an eye out on the guests at the fits? Why is the onus on the guest to know where to queue? I don’t blame the people behind me because they may have not seen the sign or know what the barrier for (benefit of doubt) Long lines form at the cash and block the way for other guests but only one counter is open and guess the floor lead is too blind to reshuffle educators from other sections to cash to assist to clear the queue quickly. This is a weekday experience so I can’t imagine how it’s like at the weekends.

Shout out to the team on the floor today at ION (08 June 25) especially the pair of staffs at the fitting room, everyone whom I had talked to were ever so open and helpful, going one step further to introduce/ recommend, helpful with sizing questions and definitely didn’t make any of the questions I asked seem silly as well. I hope my purchase gets delivered ok.
