My experience at Lululemon can vary depending on the day, but overall the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, especially when recommending jackets, leggings, and accessories. Had a really lovely experience with Winona at Lululemon Takashimaya. She gave off warm, genuine energy and went above and beyond in the most thoughtful way. I hadn’t even noticed nor checked a small stain on the last pair of shorts I was purchasing, but she spotted it herself and insisted on cleaning it up for me before finalising the sale. It’s such a rare level of care these days, and it really shows how attentive and sincere she is with customers. Thank you, Winona, for making the experience feel so personal and genuine! Good job and keep it up.

5 stars for Sheryl from Taka outlet 🌟 My partner and I had been looking high and low for a specific pair of pants, only to be turned away at other stores with “oh sorry, we don’t carry it.” But Sheryl was so kind — she offered to help us order it online right there. She honestly deserves every promotion possible for her kindness! May her pillow always be soft and her bed forever comfy 😌🛏️

Great product, premium pricing but top notch service attitude befitting the brand. I came to this branch after a disappointing experience at the ion branch which caused me to walk out of the ion store, and stroll 3 mins to the Takashimaya store. The commendable service at this store was miles ahead their ion counterpart. Kudos!

Despite the fact that there are 10 staff running around acting friendly, none of them knew anything about the products or how to help the staff. No one could remember the customer support email for me to send an email to try to redeem my birthday voucher. Bizarre makes me not want to buy from lululemon again.

During the newly opening period or maybe first day opening. Was passing by at around 8+pm. Wanted to go in & have a quick tour around. Simply cannot understand such a simple request can be stopped by the staff & kept on asking their manager for 3 times whether to allow me to go in & have a quick look. Among all outlets that went to. This is the worst & unfriendly of lululemon that never come across. Anyway at this spot, it had changed at least 2 hands - Zara & Editor Market 🤷‍♀️

I normally dislike sales people coming up to me unwarranted while I’m looking around in a shop, but my experience in this Lululemon was an exception. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and I actually had a lovely time chatting with them as they answered my questions, gave me recommendations and ushered me into the changing rooms (where they even write your name on the outside). They also made the process of returning my pre-owned Lululemon bag smooth, and told me that I could exchange the bag for a new item if I didn’t want a refund. The changing rooms are really spacious too — as someone who usually carries around a bunch of accessories, I really liked the shelf and stools and various hooks and bars to put items 😊 I’ve found that a lot of changing rooms only have some hooks or one / no stools. The piece of clothing I ended up picking out was pricey, but it was very comfortable and flattering — looking forward to wearing it!

Their quality is still the best and holds up for years. My recent visit was better than usual, thanks to Jun Wei for being proactive and hospitable even when I couldn’t decide with choices. Many thanks and keep it up!

I regret to share that my recent experience at this store was disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and lacked empathy. I purchased a T-shirt just a week ago, only to find it had a hole upon arrival. Instead of addressing the issue, I was informed it was my fault and advised to repair it at my own expense. As a long-time Lululemon customer, this incident has left me frustrated with both the service and product quality, prompting me to reconsider future purchases from the brand.
