When I was there, the Singapore Brickfest 2021 was ongoing. Staffs were friendly and welcoming.

Been wondering around for a long time when I chanced upon Debbie. She’s really good. Not pushy, gives good advise, and worked within the budget. Straight to the point, friendly, and most importantly not pushy. Really good salesperson. Thanks Debbie

I guess it’s a hit and a miss situation. Depends on the staff mood. Previously I went to this branch and a Filipino lady served me, she was very helpful and friendly. But today I went again and some other staff was just expressionless and unfriendly. There’s not much change of stock either, designs are quite stagnant, so just continue shopping around until find what I like. Update: as I said this place staff is a hit & miss situation. Last week I went back to look see since I’ve some vouchers to spend and I was served by Joey. I would give her 5 stars. She was very helpful, cheerful, patient and friendly so she managed to close the deal. It really pays (commission) if sales staff are nice to customers. The unfriendly staff from the earlier encounter was also there, glaring at us, but too bad she didn’t manage to get the commission because of her attitude.

Bought a 999 gold charm for my bracelet, from the outlet at Ion and was served by Anna Marie. She was thoughtful and careful as I chose which designs I like and to also check if it is able to fit into my bracelet. A humble and joyful lady! Glad to be served by her and definitely recommend to approach her if ever need so! Thank you and keep up the good work :)

I recently bought a beautiful gold ring from Goldheart Singapore, and I have to say, the experience was top-notch thanks to Anna, my jewellery advisor. She was super friendly and really took the time to understand what I was looking for without pushing anything on me. Anna showed me a bunch of options that perfectly matched my style and budget No hard selling at all, just helpful advice that made the decision easy. The store has a great selection, and the quality is impressive. If you’re in the market for jewellery, definitely check them out and ask for Anna! Highly recommend.

Debbie, Goldheart ION. I did a trade-in on a piece of jewelry bought few years back and wore less than 5 times. Spotted a bracelet that I will wear regularly,. Went to the shop at ION today to shop for a gift and Debbie served me. She was patient and gave me very good recommendations that met my low budget. Warm and very approachable, Debbie even show me the latest designs on a few items and told me to take my time to consider. When i am ready, can just contact her. Not pushy and she does not give customers pressure to buy on the spot. Very good service attitude. Thank you Debbie. Will be back again to look for you when i need to get anything from your store.

Complimenting JX Tan for his exceptional service. I wanted a set of si dian jin in the same series. But the design was already quite old and the necklace is sold out. He offered customisation to convert a bracelet into a necklace. As I needed it quite urgently he helped to expedite the process too. Thank you so much for going the extra mile!
