The venue has a good layout, let exhibitors to showcase various artistry themes. Lightings are even, at the same time allow customization. However, it's not as spacious as art gallery or studio.

Not difficult to find them, as you're walking towards Orchard MRT station. They're along the "Jewelry Street" of ION, at the basement. A fair bit of mass market products and price points, and accordingly the salespeople feels also the same. That said, to each their own, just not quite my type of jeweler here in Singapore. Didn't find anything that I like. Fun fact: It's cute how they have Rebecca as the celebrity endorser, while their neighbor has Sonia as their endorser.

I guess it’s a hit and a miss situation. Depends on the staff mood. Previously I went to this branch and a Filipino lady served me, she was very helpful and friendly. But today I went again and some other staff was just expressionless and unfriendly. There’s not much change of stock either, designs are quite stagnant, so just continue shopping around until find what I like. Update: as I said this place staff is a hit & miss situation. Last week I went back to look see since I’ve some vouchers to spend and I was served by Joey. I would give her 5 stars. She was very helpful, cheerful, patient and friendly so she managed to close the deal. It really pays (commission) if sales staff are nice to customers. The unfriendly staff from the earlier encounter was also there, glaring at us, but too bad she didn’t manage to get the commission because of her attitude.
