While I find their designs stylish, I would warn people not to buy here due to poor customer service and extreme delivery delays if the item isn’t in Singapore. Delivery delays This table was delayed 3 times and took 11 months to arrive. I had to escalate to many senior Crate & Barrel people in order to get any status. They also knew I ordered the table but sold the display table to someone else without even giving me an opportunity to get the table sooner. Customer service The great sales executive that helped me left and the new one (only assigned after I called store demanding to know order status) gave wrong information, and sales manager just stopped trying to help me find chairs (so I only have two chairs). I switched out the chair style and bought them from their Singapore website - only US had stock. The Singapore store asked the US store a few times and then stopped when all they do is put your request in a spreadsheet. They offered no alternatives or apologies - they just didn’t bother anymore. You would think after all my time waiting and the potential for more revenue, they would have at least offered other options. They missed out on many opportunities to make up for their customer service but completely missed the mark. It’s just such a disappointing experience and I wouldn’t want someone else to go through this. Shop elsewhere.
