While I find their designs stylish, I would warn people not to buy here due to poor customer service and extreme delivery delays if the item isn’t in Singapore. Delivery delays This table was delayed 3 times and took 11 months to arrive. I had to escalate to many senior Crate & Barrel people in order to get any status. They also knew I ordered the table but sold the display table to someone else without even giving me an opportunity to get the table sooner. Customer service The great sales executive that helped me left and the new one (only assigned after I called store demanding to know order status) gave wrong information, and sales manager just stopped trying to help me find chairs (so I only have two chairs). I switched out the chair style and bought them from their Singapore website - only US had stock. The Singapore store asked the US store a few times and then stopped when all they do is put your request in a spreadsheet. They offered no alternatives or apologies - they just didn’t bother anymore. You would think after all my time waiting and the potential for more revenue, they would have at least offered other options. They missed out on many opportunities to make up for their customer service but completely missed the mark. It’s just such a disappointing experience and I wouldn’t want someone else to go through this. Shop elsewhere.

Two weeks ago, I visited the store and was warmly greeted by Brian, who provided exceptional service. I tried on several bags but couldn’t decide at the time. Brian patiently recommended and explained the features of each bag, and I told him I’d return once I made up my mind. Fast forward to now, I purchased this stylish and trendy saddle bag with Brian’s help, even though he was on home leave. Emily assisted me in-store while Brian went out of his way to provide support remotely. I've never experienced such outstanding service, even at several LV stores. I’ll definitely be returning to Dior for my SLGs and other purchases. A big thank you to Brian and Emily for making this such a memorable experience!

Wanted to immerse myself in the festive spirit of shopping. So came to ION to browse around. Was shopping in another high end boutique but received neglect and poor services. So eventually walked into Dior unplanned and Vincent Khoo unassumingly came and asked how he could assist me. I have to say his attentiveness to serve as well as his sincerity without being pushy made me feel comfortable. So I eventually gifted myself with my 1st Lady Dior mini from my original intended purchase of a wallet chain bag . Sometimes it is the little care and sincerity that makes a world of difference in the final purchasing experience. Only during payment, I found out that he is actually the branch manager, didn't realised it cause he was not dressed in uniform. Thank you Vincent for making my day. I will certainly come back again.

Not sure why so many negative reviews of this store. I had the opposite experience. SA Brian Lee made me feel extremely welcomed at the boutique. I got a Dior saddle bag as Xmas gift for myself on 17 Dec and Brian Lee invited me to the Lady Dior Art cocktail party on 4 Jan 2024. I enjoyed myself very much at the cocktail party. Even though I had no female partner to the event, I was extremely enthralled by the awesome collection.

Details ********* 🩶 The iconic Dior Cafe experience is back in Singapore for another pop-up this Christmas 2024 season, where you get to indulge in a luxe Dior-inspired high-tea experience for a limited time only. 💙 I was told it is SGD130+ for 2 persons for a tea-time set. 🌿 🟧 Was informed by the pop-up cafe staff that all high-tea slots were already fully booked till end Dec 2024. ✅️ You Need to Pre-Book the DIOR tea time sets. ➡️ Reservations are strictly online, the staff told me.

Dior at ION orchard is amazing! I would like to compliment Lawrence for his exceptional service at Dior, ION Orchard. He was extremely diligent and attentive to my needs as a customer, making the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Anyone who shops there and wishes to purchase something should find him. Totally worth while.

Dissatisfied experience. Went there today around 5 p.m to tried on the new launched eyeshadow. While I was standing there with a little gap between me and the eye shadow counter, a male staff just tried to squeeze himself through that tiny in front of me. Giving amazing attention to another customer while being unreasonable rude to me. Felt disappointed for no standard of customer service as I made a purchase here before with another female staff who provided good service.

I was shopping for a birthday gift for me whilst in holiday with my family and the staff at Dior were so warm and welcoming. Syaqinah was such a wonderful sales associate, and helped me choose the perfect present. When we realised we did not have our passport for the tax refund, she advised we could bring the purchase back the next day & she would sort out the paperwork. When we came the next day, she was just as warm & welcoming. A perfect experience.

Review: Dior Outlet, B2-53 ION Orchard, Singapore I have been using Dior products for quite a while and was genuinely happy to visit the Dior outlet at ION Orchard, Singapore. The store looked stunning, and I was excited to explore the products in person. Mr. Dareen attended to me and gave helpful information about the items. I purchased three products during my visit. However, two things left me disappointed: 1. Product Testing Experience: Mr. Dareen did not use the testers on my hands, only on his own, asking me to choose based on that. Later, I noticed that other (local) customers were allowed to try the products on themselves. This inconsistency made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about fair treatment. 2. Billing Issue: I was not given a bill at the time of purchase. When I returned to the store within a few minutes to ask for it, the way I was treated made me feel singled out. It led me to wonder—was I treated differently because I am Indian? As a regular and loyal Dior customer, this experience was disheartening. I expect consistent service and respect regardless of location or nationality. I hope Dior looks into such matters seriously and ensures fair treatment for all customers.
