Review: Dior Outlet, B2-53 ION Orchard, Singapore I have been using Dior products for quite a while and was genuinely happy to visit the Dior outlet at ION Orchard, Singapore. The store looked stunning, and I was excited to explore the products in person. Mr. Dareen attended to me and gave helpful information about the items. I purchased three products during my visit. However, two things left me disappointed: 1. Product Testing Experience: Mr. Dareen did not use the testers on my hands, only on his own, asking me to choose based on that. Later, I noticed that other (local) customers were allowed to try the products on themselves. This inconsistency made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about fair treatment. 2. Billing Issue: I was not given a bill at the time of purchase. When I returned to the store within a few minutes to ask for it, the way I was treated made me feel singled out. It led me to wonder—was I treated differently because I am Indian? As a regular and loyal Dior customer, this experience was disheartening. I expect consistent service and respect regardless of location or nationality. I hope Dior looks into such matters seriously and ensures fair treatment for all customers.
